the receptionist is very kind for letting us check in early without extra charge after we arrived Nha Trang at 4am. The lobby has no aircond at all, it was so hot at noon and evening. when we checked in, we found a slightly broken kettle and an almost fall down rack(for towel). And the window is actually not functioning because it was too small and too high, plus is at the corridor side so no sunlight at all. The staff changed the kettle for me immediately. The room is spacious. New aircond in room and bathroom ventilator work efficiently. The bed is good, clean and comfy. The breakfast is totally disaster where I feel its like feeding pigs. There is no food quality at all, maybe due to serving group tours from China, just to feed. The hotel is at an alley, need to walk to main streets and is quite far from beach. Some Grab drivers refuse to drop in front of hotel (so intolerate). Overall the hotel itself is not that bad. Service of staffs is good. but in terms of food and location is quite bad.

Phòng rất lớn, hơn các khách sạn cạnh biển nhiều, nhân viên nhiệt tình, sạch sẽ

Xa biển, thu phí phụ thu 450k/1 người/1 đêm là quá cao

Ko dọn phòng, và để nước và giấy vệ sinh cho khách sử dụng.

For the Customer service, 24-hours front desk service staff is really very good ,especially for the day staff! This afternoon we check out, the guy with very nice and friendly smile send us! He is a really nice staff! Thanks!

The room is big enough, and actually the environment of the hotel is good, even if the breakfast is also nice! But only the customer service staff is not so good especially for the restaurant staff! And the fridge was also not done by the housekeeping! But next time will come back again! 😊😊
