I stopped over on my way to Montreal. Reached around 1am and had to check out at 8am. At 1am, as a traveller, with my wife and a 2 year old baby, I asked the lady at the front desk if they could give us a bottle of water, and she refused saying you can buy it! Then after a while she suggested I use the fountain near the elevator to fill up water in my own bottle. There's something called courtesy, and unfortunately some people lack that courtesy, but then they shouldn't be in the customer service business.

Stayed 2 nights midweek. The room was clean and completely quiet. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Just be aware that if you want to use the pool, it is located in the next building over and we had to exit the hotel and enter the sister property in our swim gear. At this time of year it was no problem but in the winter it would be an issue. Overall an excellent stay and we’ll book agIn if we are back in Kingston.

Great location with ample parking and amazing staff

Super clean, well appointed, comfortable, excellent water pressure and lots of parking. No view. It’s a highway stop, but serviced our purposes well.

Hotel is way overpriced for what you are getting. Rooms are average, coffee maker in room is outdated and no coffee in lobby available. We did not even get the room we booked due to having 2 reservations that when we contacted the property they confirmed it would not be a problem but when we arrived they basically had overbooked and could not give us the room that was reserved and they did absolutely nothing to compensate us or offer anything to make up for it. When you book thru Expedia they like to use that as an excuse to not be able to accommodate. I would not recommend.

Had an overnight stay with my boys, they loved the pool, room was small for me and the 3 boys but we were only there for 1 night. Staff were helpful and room was clean.

We stayed here only one night but we were pleased with our choice. We had a beautifully renovated room on the 1st floor. All common areas were spotless, The staff were friendly and welcoming and quickly assisted with a special request. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and modern, with lovely products in the bathroom. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had great service at the restaurant for dinner; we didn't try the breakfast. There were 2 down-sides for me: 1. The pool is not in the hotel, but in the adjoining building, and the walkway to get there was basically through a parking lot. They had security at the doors, usually, but there were also times when we went to the pool and the door was ajar without anyone around. 2. While the rooms are nice, the sounds from the hallway were SO pronounced. When anyone walked past the door, it sounded like they were stomping through our room. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest taking earplugs!

I arrived late to my hotel, just to find chaos. Screaming, I think fights, Police, security, etc. I would have appreciated the hotel giving me a heads up on the changes. Apparently an area or community was evacuated and the hotel took in the residents. There was security walking up and down every floor, which made staying extremely uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and willing to help. The property is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there
