Really nice hotel, breakfast was a highlight and the rooms were decorated really nicely. However, we booked a 'double room' but it was so small. Way too small for 2 people and luggage (plus it had no wardrobe or chest of drawers). Disappointing as the rest of the hotel was nice so would recommend booking a category up.

Our stay at the Mount Edgcumbe was genuinely exceptional. My wife wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the manager and staff showed such warmth and care — nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel completely looked after. The room was beautifully appointed, with everything we could need, and the bed was especially comfortable. We also appreciated how easy it was to come and go thanks to the private entrance — such a thoughtful touch that added to the overall convenience. The dining room is simply lovely, with a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, and the food was consistently very good — clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. From start to finish, it was a welcoming experience that far exceeded our expectations.

Overnight stay to attend a concert in the Assembly Rooms. Lovely hotel in nice surroundings. Excellent room and delicious breakfast. Would like to have stayed longer

Beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff. The hotel was just as described and didn’t disappoint. Lovely and quiet room and very comfortable beds. The restaurant is beautiful and very popular with locals so book ahead .

A lovely little stay. Fabulous breakfast and the man who served us both mornings was really friendly. A small room (which we could see on the photo when we booked) was spotlessly clean. Loved the interior design of the hotel.

This is an excellent hotel in a beautiful setting. I was alone travelling for work and was welcomed warmly in both the hotel and the restaurant. My double room was small (described as such from the start) but extremely comfortable with a king size bed and very lovely linen and bathroom products. There was a TV and good coffee and tea too. The bathroom was also small but perfect. Lovely shower. The restaurant overlooks a park and I was lucky enough to eat outside in the warm evening. The food was really good and there was a nice choice of drinks. I watched a young deer while I ate! Breakfast was very good too. I would definitely go back. I hope to soon!

Gorgous suite with a very comfy bed. Will definitely stay again on my next business trip yo Tunbridge well. Very central but quiet and easy parking on site. Highly recommend

The hotel is unique and charming. The staff very professional with the most friendly approach- it felt like being at home with the family. The menu was varied enough to please everyone and the food expertly cooked. Would most definitely visit again.

If you are going to stay in Tunbridge Wells the stay here. The only downside to being perfect is parking

Had a lovely two night stay for New Year's Day. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was included and very nice. Staff were all so friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Mount Edgecombe. It was so comfortable. Our room was stunning. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The restaurant and bar area were cosy and beautiful and enhanced with pretty Christmas decorations and a stone cave made it more cosy. We would definately recommend it and would love to stay there again.
