Great price, fantastic rooms, spotless. We had two rooms, one on ground floor and one on 3rd floor. Both rooms were way to warm to sleep even though it wasn't the hottest day, Hotel is next door to a pub, nice pub, but music and noise from pub is loud dependant on where you stay in the hotel. Also near busy road so noisy with windows open but too warm with them closed. Did not sleep well at all. Parking £13 for 24 hours. Friendly reception staff but only security after 11pm who were also friendly.

This place exceeded my expectation, very comfortable and clean with a small kitchen with all the facilities needed to make it a short but enjoyable stay. Staff were polite and helpful, parking was easy. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

Clean and well equipped room and kitchenette, well located for part of preston. Expedia needs to amend comment about free parking as this isn't the case but paid parking very close

Last time it was free parking. Now to a private company and I expect it because of the sport place offering PADEL.

Everything needed in the room was made available when I git there. The staff were polite and responded promptly. The room was neat and tidy.

First time stay here. Was excellent from start to finish, fantastic location, studio was spotless, with some little touches left by the cleaning staff, very friendly receptionist, easy check in. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Amazing place and lovely staff. Parking is a bit expensive and it’s a shame the place can’t sort out a better rate with the parking people. But it’s not too bad
