Staff at Sandringham Hotel were fabulous after we found that the room we’d bought through Hotels.com was not actually available. I put this firmly at Hotels.com’s door and not the Hotel. They couldn’t have been kinder and more generous on the circumstances. We had no choice but to go with the only room that was available the first night two adults, one 12 month old in a kind size bed - we coped. Staff worked hard to get us moved for our second night to a great room. They were so helpful. Amanda - I think that was her name (receptionist on arrival) was fabulous and she spoilt our son. It was a wonderful touch, above and beyond when the mistake was not the hotels. Recommend Sandringham - perfect location almost opposite the Pier with plenty of eateries nearby too.

This is the second time i have stayed here. The new carpets, paiting and beds are excellent.

Was a nice enough hotel but shower and room was too small

We stayed for 1 night to attend a music event in the town. The hotel was in a great position on the prom, our room had a side sea view. The room was spotless, comfy beds, plenty of storage and what appeared to be a newly refurbished bathroom. Staff on the desk were pleasant and helpful. We didn’t have any food or drink at the hotel so can’t comment on that. Met all our needs perfectly.

Location was perfect as we went to the music festival on the beach

Property in good condition and the rooms excellent condition all recently completed on 4 th floor close to all attractions and beach town centre

Looks like it's been recently done up. Rooms were neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Great access to beach and town. No shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom, though, so bring your own!

Had a 2 day break, the staff were brilliant, always willing to help and offer local advice when asked. Didn’t manage to taste any food as board only.

No kettle in room no heating tv signal bad we paid for nights but only stayed 1 night as partner felt unwell as no heating she got health problems

Worst service ive ever experienced. Members of my party got called liars by staff and the decor was like going back to the 70s. The double beds aint double beds

Very dated. Cracks in walls. Shower tray overflows because of blocked plug hole. Staff were not very welcoming. Came back after 11pm and had to wait 25minutes for night porter to let me in and this seemed like a chore for him! Book somewhere else.

The room was very cramped (probably a single room being used as a twin). Carpet was stained, 'mucky bits' on corner of shower cubicle where water has clearly leaked for a long time. The room (as is much of the hotel) is old and tired. Mattresses were cleary very old, very soft and should have been changed a long time ago. We learned from a member of staff that the hotel is due for refurbishment. Our room shuld never have been let out to guests in its current condition. As the hotel is mainly Coach parties it may be that those guest rooms are kept in better condition. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

The Sandringham is an old school hotel in many ways. I've stayed here twice and it's certainly quirky. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are antiquated but have a certain charm. The amenities in the room are a bit lacking (only two small bars of soap, no shampoo, body wash, etc.) Incredibly central to most of what you'd do in Weston and very convenient.

Had a great time. Hotel was on the front next to the pier. Friendly staff. Easy to check in. Nice bar in site and entertainment on most nights.

Stayed for just 1 night but a beautiful hotel only downside was the room the pictures made the room look alot bigger and the walls and bathroom werent very clean but other than that a great stay

Lovely hotel

Booked a Family Room but was given a double and told that my three year old child shouldn't really be allowed to stay- despite me booking for 2 adults and 1 child. Horrible check in staff. Disgusting hotel. Uncomfortable bed and worn out/chipped furniture. Mould.
