Lovely large, clean apartment. Easy check in. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I barely write reviews but this is by far the worst place I've stayed at. First - Ferrum has a pest problem, this is not a exaggeration. There are mites and flies everywhere, I found them on the upholstery and bed, even crawling on me. Another concern is the dirt - who is cleaning these units? It is shocking that guests are charged a cleaning fee. You can smell the dirt and grime as soon you walk through the door. The sofa was saturated in debris, you could actually see the dirt, flakes and residue in the crevices of the velvet sofa. It's disgusting and it made be physically ill . And don't bother ordering food or groceries like I did - if drivers happen to leave it on the stairwell or doors, it gets stolen within mere minutes - it happened twice! This place is a literal cesspit. I should also mention, the bathroom is especially terrible - the bath tub is covered in soapscum, the shower pressure is non-existent and water pools in the bath, it does not drain. All bottles of handwash/shampoo provided are watered down. Be warned - the towels aren't clean either, they smell used. And if you're banking on getting a good night's sleep, expect to be sorely disappointed because the wooden bed frame is flimsy and creaky - the paltry slabs of foam they call pillows will leave you stiff necked for days. Avoid at all costs, Ferrum is a slum.

The location is great if you’re doing anything at Wembley. Just be aware the Apartment has no AC on a really hot day it does get pretty hot.

Shops nearby, almost everything you would need in the kitchen but no bin bags or toilet rolls !!

Kitchen sink dripped constantly. The location is great but the train is very loud.

Property was not cleaned to a good standard prior to checking in (around 5pm). Shower head and glass were dirty, one of the shower heads broken in the master room and leaking. Kitchen had oil/cooking splatter on the walls and appliances. Glass doors and mirrors had dirt prints and markings. Host requested photos for evidence, received a generic apology response later. For the price point, would not recommend.

Kitchen was excellent and clean, but no baking trays or oven dishes.

Spacious, clean, good kitchen and sofa. Nice shower with reliable hot water and good linen. Nice environment. Check in staff were lovely! Just beware of the loud noise for 5 seconds when the heating comes on. Lots of convenience stores to stock up fridge. Will definately stay here again.

Fantastic value for a great appartment! A stones throw from the stadium, shops and restaurants but super quiet and wonderfully furnished. Check in and out was amazingly simple.Would definitely visit again!

Great stay! Perfect location for an event at Wembley. Easy access to the tube and good assortment of places to eat near the flat. Will definitely stay again on our yearly trip to London. We were worried about no central a/c, but having the windows open was perfect and no issues with being comfortable

Great location for both stadium and ovo arena both within minutes. Right next to a nice selection of shops and restaurants.

Apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful designed. Communication was excellent throughout booking and stay. Location was amazing. We had a concert in Wembley and we only had to cross a road. The view from the balcony was great. These apartments have a designer shopping outlet a few hundred meters away and lots of restaurants.

A perfect place to stay for seeing Coldplay at Wembley stadium. 10 min walk station and 5 mins from stadium. Apartment clean and modern. Cannot fault anything.
