Nice comfortable spacious room. No food is served here but plenty of places within walking distance. Rooms are on the second floor and there isn’t a lift. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bar and nightclub on the ground floor used for some club nights and private parties but it’s only used on some Fridays and Saturdays. There was a party on the Friday when we was there but very little noise. Opening hours are 3pm til 9pm for check-in and the bar area. No car parking included but there is a pay and display car park just around the corner. Really enjoyed our stay a very quaint and pretty place.

Really enjoyable stay. Hotel and rooms have been modernised and look great, aside from a few creaky floorboards! Very quiet when we stayed (missed the nightclub by one day fortunately). Perfect location for the town, castle, river, etc. Knocked off a mark for service as there's not a lot of staff around, but you can call for help if needed (but we didn't need to as it happened).

The bathroom had active mould sprouting from the tiles and we were woken by the fire alarm sounding 4 times. 4. Each set off by the nightclub event raging until 2am. Avoid.

Friendly, helpful staff. Be aware that meals are not available at this property, but there is a good choice of cafes and restaurants very close by. Please also be aware that all the rooms are either on the 1st or 2nd floor and that there is no lift (elevator). I would be happy to stay here again.

Got a warm welcome from the cheerful lady on reception. Room was spotlessly clean. Good size bar with cold beer on draught. Would stay here again.

The things i like about the angel, clean bed, television, cofee and tea, it was tetley my favourite, laminated flooring,nice and clean room, good size showers, towels, shampoo hand wash, good staff, very warm room as there was a radiator by the bed, In some hotel i have stayed the sheets felt damp but the sheets on the bed i sleep in was very much dry the only thing they could do is to put a peep hole in the doors so if a stranger knock thats staying at the hotel they can look throught the peep hole to see if they know the person safer for the guest i took photos to show my friend to show my friend as they are planning a trip to cardigan they were very impresed and will book

Nice hotel but it is limited choice in this area but that said, staff were lovely and the rooms were adequate

Great value. Very clean. Staff(Krishna) so very nice and accomodating. If you're there on a Saturday night as we were, there is a bar/cabaret on the premises which I didnt realize until after I booked and paid. However, turns out as the bar empties at 2am-ish, the noise is short-lived and not really an issue. If you're staying mid-week, it may be quiet. All in all - it's good value for a qick stay.

Good value, central location, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, room had everything I needed.

El hotel es muy justillo, se ve antiguo y con mobiliario viejo. La puerta es fina, ni siquiera llega hasta el suelo, por lo que se oye a cualquiera que pase por el pasillo y la sensación es de inseguridad total. La habitación estaba sin limpiar, encontramos una bolsa llena de restos de comida de Mcdonalds. Además hacía mucho frio y cuando preguntamos en recepción nos dijeron que “luego” se encendería, resultó que la encendieron a las 21h y a media noche la apagaron, con una media de 9 grados por la noche no es normal que la calefacción funcione apenas unas horas. Para el Check out avisamos para devolver la llave, y como el horario coincidía con el desayuno y todos estaban en la cocina, nos dijeron que “dejáramos” la llave en recepción.

It was very nice

Very nice room with great pressure from the shower - which is always a bonus. Best thing about the Hotel was how quiet it was, we didn’t get disturbed at any point. Great value and in a very convenient part of town to get to as walkers.

The angle was very clean and the manager was a lovely lady krishner,I would stay again,great weekend

Hotel was convenient to the restaurant we were using and cheaper than a taxi home as we live in a remote area.
