Great position for getting about .

The place is tricky to find. The postcode takes you down the road. It’s actually on a busy roundabout. The hotel is a bit tired but everything in the room worked. Bed was clean as was the bathroom. There was an iron, hairdryer etc. The walls are very thin as we could clearly hear every word in the next room. 😬 Check in was easy. Didn’t eat there so no comment on the food.

Good value for money. Needs updating a bit grubby and dark

Stay was good , only 2 points of note .1 Beer garden over run with ants and garden furniture needs upgrading. 2 At breakfast cereals and coffee station numerous files.

Short drive to the centre of Lincoln, ideal stop off for exploring ther area

BH weekend, completely mistake. The plus was distance to the Lincoln city, and the size of room. Very happy didn't choose this place on winter time because very tired windows probably do not keep any warm in the room on widny cold days, really need redecorating, as well as sound proof. Last night was wedding, we couldn't sleep up to 1am. Extremely noisy music up to at least midnight, and after that guest chatting on the corridor, it was nightmare. As a bussines you can clery see they saving money on people, short of staff on any position, people doing great work, but if you working every day at least as 1.5 person you are not able to work in 100%. People working there so hard and looks so tired. Thank you all for your hard work. Any way breakfast non stop down with some stuff, eggs cold both days, no enough waiters around. Nice garden, but again need some new furnitures and a bit of touch, we could spend nice evening moment there but it wasn't welcoming at all. Quick beer and back to the room. Sorry but never again. Choose carefully if you going that way.

The room was well equipped but looked a bit tired. The duvet cover had a bid hole in it, there was only one hand towel and we had to ask for more milk. The music from the function was very very loud!!! It did stop at midnight.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean.

Staed one night. Greeted at reception by a lovely lady. Very informative and friendly. Room 14 was a bit dated and tired. Bed not that comfortable but huge ! Pillows ok but one too little and 2 too much. Did not sleep well. Could hear every noise from people next door. Paintwork throughout hotel could do with a refresh. Carpets very worn in places. Service and food in restaurant was very good even though they were busy.

Always excellent! After a five hour drive we are always met with a friendly smile from the receptionist, quite often Caitlin, which automatically makes us feel welcome and lifts us from that journey. Everything is clean and comfortable and the dining experience is excellent too. All staff are friendly and cheerful making it an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you everyone we will back soon

Pros: Lots of parking. Lovely front desk service. Big rooms and big beds. Lovely big TV in the room with lots of channels. Lovely heating. Free tea and coffee in the room. Cons: Paper thin walls. No thermostat in the room. Bathroom taps needed changing as they had a mind of their own. Plug sockets butted up against the table so you can't use them properly.

The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. Very good sized room and king sized bed. However, it's all in need of modernisation, so some things (e.g. lights) are dated and not all working properly. Apparently this is being done soon. I was not told that there would be a banging disco downstairs on the Saturday night, which went on until a little after midnight. The walls are THIN ... I heard a lot of noise from the adjacent room, even down to the clicking of their light switches and the vibration of their mobile phone when it rang. Having said that, when I did fall asleep I had a good night's rest, and the bed was comfortable.

A bit worn. Had a wedding so music until 12am. The main issue was to inside lock the chain didn’t reach and the door lock didn’t work so had to wedge a chair underneath handle to feel secure. Could have been cleaner.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely quiet, even though we faced a main road. The property is a bit tired, but very comfortable.
