Parking here isn’t easy, they have some parking spaces next to the pay and display car park but when I arrived there were cars in their spaces without a permit. Check in was smooth enough. Staff behind the bar were nice. When I went up to my room I was hit by a smell I think was urine. The bedroom window was wide open I assume to air it out. I would have asked to change rooms if the girl behind the bar hadn’t commented that they were fully booked. The bed was awful, the mattress was very soft and somehow lumpy. One of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. I ended up checking out a night early and opting to drive home late at night instead of spending another night there

This hotel is close to the City Centre and has around 5 parking spaces for clients. The staff were very kind and helpful. The property is very old and each room is named after the Cathedral bishops. The room was light and airy with windows that open. We were at the back and there is a public path which was a bit noisy. The rooms are fine but could do with some updating. The breakfast was made to order and hot which cannot be said for more modern hotels in the City.

Near to the station, good spacious room. Quite a lively pub and others nearby with late opening, so not the place for people wanting peace and quiet and an early night, but good value and wry friendly. Good breakfast!

A couple bits of the room cleaning were unfortunately missed, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The listing mentions that the venue will be playing loud music, but I would’ve expected a bit more effort in soundproofing the rooms. I would not recommend this venue to anyone who doesn’t feel like sleeping one single-glazed window away from unrestrained club bangers until 3am and all the drunken revelries you would expect. Despite all this, was a nice room, good shower and toiletries, comfy bed, and very friendly staff!

it's a climb of 24 wide and solid steps to the floor with the rooms. This led to a well lit and wide hallway. The room was bigger than I thought, with a huge window and plenty of light. Very tidy and clean. They even provide earplugs as the ground floor is a nightclub. I didn't need them. The breakfast had a huge selection from a several choices of cooked breakfast, plus cereal, baked goods, yogurt, juices. The one drawback for me is there is no one on site overnight. However, guests were provide with an emergency number that is answered during the night, and that person is apparently very nearby.

Stairs, but a big room. Bathroom had nowhere for toiletries and also had empty toiletries on the wall containers. Brekky was great. Staff were fabulous.

Lovely room, great breakfast

Absolute amazing place to stay and the staff were so so friendly, always smiling, in a good mood and happy to help. The breakfast selection was brilliant from cereal to croissants to eggs benedict royale. Room was extremely clean on 1st inspection and was continued throughout the stay by the maids. Bar was awesome too. Dedicated parking too which was very helpful and not like other properties in area. We will definitely be staying here again 100%

The booking was easy and staff moved there car so we could park ok . The room was clean and lots of tea coffee milk . The bar was good and lively. The breakfast was cooked well and plenty of it . Overall this is a good plave to stay

Parking is a bit tricky until you know ,rooms clean a bit noisy from the street that gives you ear plugs but not sure how well they will work location is very good, breakfast is good ,we will probably be going back another week.

Only stayed one night as we were in the area for a funeral. Lovely staff, comfy bed with "proper" duvet, decent shower and great breakfast. Good, central, location.

The staff were all great especially Samuel who checked us in and helped us sort a few issues out. Room was big bed was comfy easy walk to train station.

I’m a regular now, my preferred place to stay in Chichester, the room is lovely and the breakfast is lovely too

Clean big room, (number 4) with well stocked tea/coffee makings. Lots of warnings of the venue playing loud music till late but it didn’t bother me Ona Tuesday night in February. Friendly staff and tasty full English in the morning.

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great, scrumptious home cooked hot breakfast, or toast, cereal, pastries, fruit, yoghurt if preferred.

Great room spacy and clean
