The hotel is beautiful and very well taken care of, everything looks new and it is bigger than what I expected. Our check-in was made by Josh, who was friendly, helpful and polite from this moment until the end of our stay. I also want to thank the front officer who I borrowed an adaptor from, but unfortunately I can’t remember her name - she was also friendly and attentive throughout our stay! We decided not to join breakfast but we did visit the rooftop bar and were welcomed with lots of enthusiasm by the staff. The drinks menu is tasty, creative and Instagramable. My drink’s theme was a lab experiment, it had smoke and changed colours as the bartender served on the table, an experience! The bar was very busy so it did take a little while for us to be served. I never stayed in a hotel with such a complete range of room amenities, everything you can think of is there. Some amenities are paid for, but all the essentials are complimentary and that was very welcomed. My husband was heat stroke one day and having a decent AC made a huge difference on his recovery. The rain shower is massive and potent and the room was quiet all times. The only thing I would say is that if you are looking for a breathing view this is not it, but we didn’t care about the view. The location is perfect, walking distance from all the main historical attractions, great restaurants, and near to bus stations, so it was easy to go to the beach too. This hotel was amazing. It was modern and very attractive.The room facilities were excellent with everything you could think of and more. They even provided hair straighteners. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also provided a shuttle service to their sister hotel by the beach. I would definitely recommend, 10 out of 10.

A very friendly staff welcomed us, and the friendliness continued all week. The property is kept meticulous and is in a very convenient location. Absolutely no complaints!

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent room and bed. However, there was a pervasive sewer smell in the lobby. I think it was from outside, as much of Valencia smells in the heat. But it ruined the experience to have to walk through it everyday.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect for us, walking distance to most of the major attraction. We booked two rooms, both room were spotless, the view is fab. All staff are friendly and helpful! Recommend!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel feels like a little Oasis of calm in the city. Decor is so classy and room clean and spacious. Inparticular loved the roof top bar with its wonderful view of the city, cocktails were also excellent. Will definately recommend and be back ourselves.

This hotel was truly a pleasure to stay at. From the moment I arrived, my journey was at ease. The attention to detail, the competent, friendly, and present staff, the bed, the bathroom, this property did not miss. I've never felt such comfort and luxury in Spain, and rarely in Europe, to the level of excellence this hotel provided. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the center, but in truth, it was close to about everywhere. Absolutely cannot wait to return.

Location was fantastic. Clean bathrooms, very comfortable beds, good air conditioning in summer heat. Reception area has a faint smell of sewage that hits as soon as you walk in. We chose it also for summer evenings on the roof & pool but only after arriving were we told they were under construction & inaccesible. They strictly adhere to maximum # of guests per room due to insurance reasons. We booked king bed in a junior suite but had to get an additional room since we had a young child. Fortunately many hotels/Airbnbs in the vicinity to book a room for either my husband or me. A couple of days into the trip, a junior suite accommodating 3 people opened up so we were together as a family for bedtimes & mornings. The junior suites vary in number of people permitted. Call the hotel ahead to confirm! If you’re 2 parents with young child/children, book directly with the hotel than through third parties or you may have a similar situation searching for another hotel once you get to this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, plus little details that make you feel at home throughout the room. We were always greeted with a smile. They gave us great recommendations from amazing food to museums and historical places to shopping. I will stay here for sure when I come back to Valencia.

Overall, the property is a great find. It’s in a fantastic location. The restaurant is absolutely wonderful both its breakfast and its dinner menu. The upstairs bar has great views. . I like that it has a spa though I didn’t use it. The gym is high-end with wooden equipment, but not particularly functional. The only drawback was the front desk staff were hit and miss in terms of friendliness.

One decision criteria was the rooftop bar, unfortunately this was not indicated on the internet that it is still closed. Standard rooms are really nice. Very close to the Colon Metro station.
