A huge thank you to Ana on reception at check in - her warm and welcoming manner was the perfect start to our stay. Ana had considered our room preferences when allocating for our stay and we appreciate this so much. Having stayed at the hotel many times, room 305 is our favourite yet! We are currently enjoying another 4 nights in another room at the hotel and will most definitely be returning!

Great hotel v well located for the Centre and Tube. Excellent local shops and restaurants. Hotel was great and would stay again - shame that rooftop bar that we were looking forward to was not open .

The hotel, the rooms and the gym area were exceptionally clean and well kept. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked with necessities. The staff were helpful and courteous. We definitely recommend this establishment. We would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Checkin war problemlos, das Zimmer sauber und großzügig eingerichtet. Am ersten Morgen hatten wir eine lange Wartezeit beim Frühstück, die Tage danach war es deutlich besser und wir wurden sehr freund bedient. Das Frühstück bietet ein leckere und für uns ausreichende Auswahl. Leider war die Rooftopterrasse gesperrt, was sehr schade war, dafür durften wir den Pool eine zeitlang exklusiv nutzen. Das Hotel war immer bemüht, es uns als Gästen angenehm zu gestalten. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt.

Our family - 4 rooms - stayed a week. Great location in heart of Valencia. Excellent service and room quality was great. Rooftop was closed for renovation, which was disappointing. There was a bad smell in lobby throughout the week, however otherwise the stay was great and highly recommend.

The room had very few drawers and closets for your own clothes. Service at breakfast was sometimes very slow. Spa services were very poorly available.

The staff were all excellent, from Ana, Alecia & Susana at the front desk, to Patricio & Anjel in the bar, to the housekeeping crew!! All were professional, very friendly, helpful, generous and efficient!!

We booked the Estimar hotel and on short notice got relocated to the SH Ingles hotel due to a „technical issue“. SH ingles in itself was a clean hotel in a good location but was definitely missing the pool, the roof terrace, the gym. Essentially all the items, we booked the Estimar for. Also, SH had super loud rooms with paper thin walls, which was an big nuisance. No compensation for the forgone services and minor quality of the replacement hotel was offered. Not happy about how this played out!

Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. We loved the small touches such as the chocolates and the sleep box with sleep masks.

The staff was very professional and helpful, always asking how they can help make our stay the best it could be. Each day they left little amenity "gifts" in our room to enjoy. The facilities are beautiful and well kept. The only issue we had was with our air-conditioning. It would randomly shut itself off and it was quite warm during our visit to Valencia. The staff did their best to remedy the situation

We love the hotel, location. Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Julio at the restaurant was wonderful. So helpful and friendly. The girls on the front desk did a lot of work for us for a handicap uncle.0

Vi har rest mycket, detta var ett av de bättre vi hamnat på. Fyra nätter, alltid trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var med beröm godkänd, mycket att välja från och fina råvaror. Extra plus att de har en extra meny att beställa i från till frukosten. Vi åt även middag en av kvällarna, enkel men varierande meny och något för alla. Enda minus var duschen och trycket på vattnet, som många andra hotell. Läget var också bra, lugnt område men ändå inte långt ifrån det man vill göra. Kan bara rekommendera ESTIMAR.
