They are using cheap internal doors as external doors which have been punched and kicked in making unsafe rooms. We told them it was unacceptable and were given the room next door. The rooms are dirty and need to be upgraded. We woke up covered in bug bites. would not recommend this property.

Toilet cistern ran all night i asked for it to be fixed but it wasn't. Showed had limited toiletries no body wash only one shampoo and ine conditioner, no reinforcements during my stay. Cutlery - no forks no cutting board Bed was comfortable i was grateful to be on the ground floor as i am elderly and there was no lifts. Staff were friendly.

No milk in fridge and wifi did not work and restaurant closed,room was comfortable though

Great location, very safe and so much potential, but for near $200 for a night stay this property needs serious renovations.

I like separate kitchen and sink for each person

The room was clean but needs a lot of attention. The paint is peeling, the toaster didn't work, no dinner plates, not enough cutlery in the room we stayed in. The website advertised free wifi in the room but is not. The website also advertised a restaurant. That is closed so no meals at all except for junk food vending machines.

It would have been really good to have a shower and a coffee after a 600 km drive but unfortunately there was no milk for coffee and no soap for a shower I dont think that has ever happened to me before not ever in a $100 hotel never mind paying $200 for this experience

If i could attach photos i would. Staff rude It was more like an indigenous camp No hot water or milk for coffee. Place was filthy with cigarette nuts and blood sprayed across balcony. Thousands of bugs in bed. But bed was comfortable

Hotel no bar and no restaurant as advertised

Obviously, the breakfast buffet doesn’t exist, although it was included in our booking. The general presentation of the premises and our room was less than desirable. The representation of “resort view” was simply the car park. Maybe look elsewhere…

Single blanket made up on queen bed- looked hilarious! Curtains barely covered window space when stretched out flat, allowed light in big time. Piles of furniture and rubbish everywhere, very unkempt outside areas. Noisy AC, freezer hardly froze ice bricks, the list does go on and on

Well, its first impressions that count most !! Drove into the resort and thought fk me its a dump, litter and rubbish visible etc. The "recepion" sic area was no better, all very poorly rundown etc. The pool ? Yeah nah not today The restaurant ? Closed The coffee shop ? Closed The guest laundry ? Rubbish and non operating machines Other guests ? Was interesting being verballed by a drunk angry local at 7.00 AM on xmas day. The room was actually clean and kind of renovated. Memo from this time - dont always trust the photos !!!!!

Unorganised, dirty, wrong room didn’t stay

Were told no breakfast even though booked through Expedia.

Unit was dirty. Accommodation was run down. There were not enough eating utensils and drink ware for two people. How can you wash up what you use when there is not even a plug for the sink or a tea towel.

Nice place when arrived to check in at 2pm it was closed.

They tried to put our 3 guests into a single room and then said it was our fault for not understanding the website

I’m not sure if they cleaned the room before we arrived. There was soap and opened shampoo bottles left in the shower still.

Te duur voor hetgene dat op internet werd aangeboden. Restaurant was gesloten. Zeer gedateerde accommodatie. Klopt helemaal niet met hetgene wat op expedia staat vermeld
