It was an amazing experience

Place is really nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

We did not have hot water in the room. They came to fix it while we were sleeping. The entire room began to stink because of water that was probably backed up for a while. Even the workers couldn’t bear the stink. We ultimately had hot water but had to bear the stink until it went away. Cleaning staff though were always friendly. So also the staff at the restaurant. The reception not too friendly or courteous.

We had 1 situation with a very unfriendly staff who checked us in and tried to over charge us. Other than that everyone else was friendly and very helpful. It would be nice to have shade by the pool. The hotel is very clean

Het hotel ligt tegen het dorp aan, op loopafstand wel over een weg s'avonds zaklamp mee zodat de auto's je zien . Hotel is schoon maar gedateerd de airco gaf een muffe lucht (onderhoud nodig) bij vertrek werkte de douche niet meer onderhoudsmonteur had het water afgesloten! Algemeen gezien oke maar niet voor die prijs Het personeel was daarintegen erg vriendelijk!

Terrible staff, terrible experience- do not stay. Rooms are old and dated but that can be overlooked or fixed - the real issue is the general attitude and of the staff and team towards guests - I would prefer not to visit the island again than to stay at this hotel one more time.

I believe Cassie was the name of the woman who checked us in but she was so friendly after a long day of dealing with rude people (not in Saba). She really made us feel welcome. My wife and I are planning on going back.

Amazing! Such a great spot to be in near town. The pool and deck were great with nice views. The only thing that would have made this any better would be a hot tub!
