The hotel and room had everything you would expect with an IHG Hotel.

Clean room, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast. Biggest issue for me was that the room was hot. Prior to booking I called holiday inn and they claimed that this hotel has A/C. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us they use some kind of green energy method for A/C and it would take 30 minutes to cool down. I set it to the coldest setting. The room never cooled down. Green method doesn’t work. If they had usable A/C I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Unfortunately we were too hot all night long.

It would be great to have a fridge, microwave, and kettle in the room for added convenience. The laundry facilities are wonderful, and the gym is well-balanced and thoughtfully equipped."

Chambre vaste, lits confortables, belle de salle de bain vaste et fonctionnelle. Jolie décoration contemporaine. Choix limité pour le petit déjeuner, mais OK. Possibilité de parking payant en sous-sol, mais sinon le stationnement est facile une fois passé les 19h.

Hotel novinho, tudo limpinho e organizado. Muito bem localizado no centro de Sion, ao lado da estação de trem e próximo ao comércio. Funcionários muito cordiais e prestativos. Diferencial positivo: lavanderia para os hóspedes Ponto negativo: falta de estacionamento

Grande chambre, propre et silencieuse. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Hôtel bien situé. Proche du centre-ville. Tout ce que l’on attend d’un Mercure.

ホテルについてから車を駐車する際に、お勧めの駐車場を親切に教えてくれました。とても感じの良かった対応で、助かりました。

We arrived early and they were really accommodating to get our room ready. Room was spacious and clean. Would have liked a fridge but being really picky. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast was nice and offered choice. Staff were friendly asking for directions. Free laundry which was an added bonus! The rooftop terrace was nice but couldn't enjoy due to the weather (raining)

Literie excellente. Manque, un accès au parking avec un prix plus doux. Sinon parfait
