Hotel novinho, roupa de cama e toalhas ótimas! Quarto muito pequeno, este foi o único ponto que senti. Cafe da manhã simples e muito bom! Ótima localização. Boa experiência no geral.

Very nice, clean, accommodating

rooms were very clean and all you need in Puerto Natales. Staff was very responsive to our needs. we were able to leave our luggage there while we hiked for 5 days because we were returning after the hike. it was nicely located near a lot of restaurants and shops. definitely would stay there again Bang Chau M.D

Great place

Very basic hotel. More like a hostel with en-suite rooms. Absolutely no frills but comfortable enough for a night or two. A little noisy and that explains the complementary ear plugs in the room. Breakfast is also very basic with no hot food options available.

A neat and clean place to stay

The three ladies and the young gentleman are the best staff I have interacted with. Wish I remember their name. They went above and beyond to order carry out for me using their phone as I was unable to translate from Spanish. They also found the best place in town for the cuisine I wanted to order. Who does that in this busy world?
