Memorable romantic hotel excelling breakfast

The property can be qualified at most as an 1 star facility , maybe 2 because the bathrooms are clean and significantly run down . For example the rooms have no fridge , no ice machine in the hallways ( that smell strongly like cigarettes smoke ) , the head of the bed has the plug in the place where you will try to lay back and the light gets on and off depending how you lay . The staff is so poorly educated about the way they should do their job .

Good value stay to do some cycling in Herzogovina. Friendly staff, adequate breakfast. Allowed me into the room slightly early. Bit of a trek from the bus station if you're on foot and no public transport running past. Bar seemed to close early. But clean ensuite room with TV and shower. Thanks for having me

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the self check-in system was smooth and convenient—perfect for a hassle-free arrival. While the hotel itself is fairly average in terms of amenities, the cleanliness, great service, and easy check-in process really stood out. I'd consider staying again for a simple, stress-free stay.

Aucun reproche à signaler. Les chambres sont très grandes et très propres. Le personnel à l'accueil et le serveur du restaurant attenant sont professionnels. Les menus proposés sont bons et bien servis et à un tarif très correct. Futurs clients, vous pouvez y séjourner problème.

The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast included in the morning was nice. The room was clean. However, I was woken up at 1:30 am by a man screaming very loudly which went on for 5 minutes. Also the coming and going of people all night. It was not a good night for me.

Great location and nice people.

They confirmed our booking, took our money and then sent us to a crummy place next door. Makes me not want to trust Expedia.

Après la visite de Dubrovenik et donc une longue journée de marche sous la chaleur, nous avons décidé de faire une pause en remontant. Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce petit hôtel à Metkovic après un tout petit détour. Ca en valait la peine car l'hôtel est très propre, bien aménagé et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre est très copieux. Le personnel très accueillant. Je recommande
