我們總共住了四晚，一開始的住宿體驗是好的，沒想到第二晚開始就是惡夢的開始，晚上十點多左右，房間樓下對面的pub開始了排隊人潮，吵雜喧鬧聲加上音樂聲，到了十一點多開始進入更震撼的重低音，整晚震動吵鬧到不行，實在受不了，訊息給客服，來回多則訊息後，說可以幫我們換房間，無奈之下，只好半夜整理行李換房間，房間比之前的小，但也沒選擇了，總比吵到不能睡好，結果，沒想到換過後的房間冷氣無法調整，甚至無法關掉，跟客服訊息來來回回還是無法處理，只好整晚吹著強冷風勉強入睡，當時已經半夜兩三點了。沒想到第三晚，晚上十點多音樂吵鬧又開始了，這次感覺跟昨天不一樣的音樂來源，比較還是演奏歌唱的聲音，跟客服反應，說當日所有房間已滿，沒有辦法解決，結果一直聽著噪音到半夜兩點聲音沒了才入睡，真的是快瘋了！

Issues with room not being ready on arrival two hours after check in time- housekeeping had only just started to clean the room. Couldn’t get into clean room until 6:45 pm. Had to drop bags in the room and wait outside hotel as there is no lobby or waiting area. Another couple was in same situation and chose to wait in the stairwell. Room was clean and nice but after it was cleaned. Housekeeping didn’t come back on second day to refresh room/ provide more coffee pods. So housekeeping is an issue.

I had a very pleasant stay at Rose Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, which was the highlight of my experience. The facilities were good and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. The only downside was that there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quebec City.

Hotel invisible is a very good name for this hotel as it is hard to find. Gps drops you off at the main entrance where you will then find out that there is no lobby or receptionist. Instead it is a remote check in so make sure you have access to the internet on your phone. The actual room was gorgeous and clean but keep in mind there is no elevator. The walkability to old quebec was good but a little sketchy as this street is lined full of drug addicts. Many times when we went to go back to our room there were people smoking crack on the hotel steps. As long as you smart about it and are able to do a remote check in its not a bad deal. Otherwise I would say stay in Levis and take the ferry to old quebec city.

Check-in was so easy online you don’t have to deal with people. Everything was done perfectly. They sent us the codes right away like the room was so nice so clean and a very cool area of Quebec city very walkable to downtown or old Quebec honestly with 100% recommend.

The hotel and parking is hard to find. And the sound from the outside resto is heard in our room until 12midnight. The room is so cozy and clean.

Systeme d air climatise ne fonctionnait pas en bas de 24c. Donc il faisait chaud De plus a notre arrive le plancher salle de bain etait a 82f. .

I wish people would put in the ad that there is not going to be anyone at the facility. As someone who travels alone, I don't feel safe with not having someone at to property. There were a couple times the front door was not closed. It was clean, there nothing there but ice. There is no elevator. They did extend my stay for an extra 30 minutes.

Great location within walking distance to old Quebec and cafes and bakeries on the same street. Grocery store down the street. Really helpful and friendly staff with quick communication via message. Room was cute, clean and well equipped . It is very close by to a pub / bar and so it is noisy - if you are a light sleeper you will hear loud music. Would definitely stay again ! A helpful detail: no stairs so be prepared to climb with luggage especially if you’re on the third floor

Beautiful room, bright, fresh, clean kinda like a springday! Love the shower! Did have issues with the television but didn’t really need it. The virtual check-in was amazing!

Easy check-in. Super clean. Small room but perfect for a short stay. Near a good microbrewery.
