服務人員非常nice，協助很多事情！ 地點便利，離Hallstatt搭公車很快就到，而且價格又便宜非常多，是個很好的住宿經驗！

旁邊有超市，酒店有3層高，我們被安排到3樓，沒有升降梯，2個女生把行李搬到3樓很吃力，房間很大有露台，當我們要checkout時，有個前堂兼打掃房間的男職員幫我們搬行李到底層，非常感謝。 我們住了2間酒店都是沒有升降梯的，找其他酒店也發現大多數都沒有的。

這間民宿不能刷卡付房費，在訂房時飯店未註明、Hotels.com也沒提示，以致於與我預期不同，造成我在入住時只能付現金，嚴重影響我的行程安排

Everything good

Close to train station and easy to reach Hallstatt by bus. Please take note the supermarket business hour and only few restaurant open in the evening. In ffact

It's a quiet and nice place in Obertraun. We can have fresh air and nice view once open the window. The staffs are nice and helpful. It's a really good place to stay.

飯店主人在每個樓層都有佈置一個小客廳 ，有提供熱水壺和茶包及公用冰箱給房客使用，小缺點是沒有電梯，若住在4樓的閣樓的話 ，要盡量精簡行李 。有免費供應不錯吃的早餐 ，走路約5分鐘就可到公車站 ，火車站離公車站約走路1分鐘 ，交通算便利 。若住三晚的話 ，可拿到湖區卡 ，憑卡可享有湖區景點門票的優惠 。

房間乾淨，地點不錯

整体不错。早饭比想象中丰富, 也比较干净。wifi信号比较差，卫生间很小。离火车站和轮渡码头 步行10分钟左右。窗外看到了鹿。

廁所有異味，暖氣系統失靈，員工不太懂英文

Loved the breakfast

The hotel was exceptionally quiet, clean, and comfortable. The views from both our southwest and southeast windows were stunning. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s also a small, well-stocked grocery store conveniently located across the street. Parking is limited, but an overflow lot is available within a short 100-meter walk. If you’re arriving by train (Obertraun Dachsteinhöhlen Bahnhof), expect about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. Note that there’s no elevator in this two-story property.

Very fresh breakfast, staff were friendly and great. Just few minutes walk to the bus and train station.

Excellent location away from Hallstatt

Room is new, well equipped and spacious. With very beautiful mountain View. Staffs are very nice. If the room door can be improved to close softer, it will be perfect.

It was a great location, our room was spacious and clean with a king-size bed and the view from the window was gorgeous. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The breakfast and the coffee were excellent. Our only negative was that there's no lift.
