Lokasi bagus, pelayanan ok banget 😀

This is a new hotel situated in a centralised location. Very convenient to the Namba train stations, Kansai Airport Express Train and walking distance to Dotonburi, Glico Sign Board and Kumoron Market. In front and back of the hotel has Family Marts as well as few pharmacies, close proximity. Nearby have few restaurants for quick fix meals. A surprise by the hotel offers complimentary simple American breakfast (scramble eggs, toasts, sausages and salad) with a drink over the weekends at a nearby building. Our understanding is that the owner is having a soft launch pre-opening breakfast place. What stood out of this hotel is the staff. Though staff are only available for certain number of hours from morning till about 10pm, they are very warming to the guests. All staff are able to converse well in English and few are able to speak in Mandarin and other languages. We would like to commend Xin Yi (Hsin-I) who is native from Taiwan. She is very knowledgeable in guiding us on the whereabouts of the Kansai Airport Express Train and provided us with sound advice. We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights, a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Whole family agreed that this is one hotel they would like to stay again. The price is reasonable and of good value compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Room size is just nice, can open 2 medium sized luggages, space to walk around, and also lounge seats to put our shopping loots. We will be back!
