My stay was good but what was advertised as breakfast included was not accurate. Management refused to provide breakfast because there was an error in the info on your site

The room was nice. We had a room with an air conditioner. The ac leaked all over the floor after using for 1 night. The bathroom light didn't work at first, they fixed it, but in the morning it didn't work again. That was a short circuit from ac and a dangerous hazard.

All these stood out for me, save for the reception I was accorded in that I was told to pay again after they refused to accept my online payment, citing a reason I never understood, to date.

What a nice experience at Arova Hotel. It was safe, quiet and so comfortable. The staff took great care of me.
