Great communication from the host, washing machine was out of action but they gave us access to another one which was very much appreciated. Location was good and apartment clean. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay

We entered the so called apartment up dark stairs to enter what looked more like a youth hostel than a furnished place. Furnishings were minimal and we turned around and didn’t stay. We have long stayed at VRBO places all over Europe. It seems that some owners are trying to take advantage of this money making opportunity without putting any effort into its attractiveness, ease of use or comfort.

The good: host was very responsive, location is cool, lots of things to see, beds were comfortable (although pillows were horrible), kitchen well stocked with essentials. The bad: not well cleaned, or maintained. Not suitable for a family or those looking for a restful stay. Here’s why: Laundry machine was broken, and we would not have stayed here had we known that as we needed to do laundry along a multi-week visit to the area. Host knew the issue, but “forgot” to tell us until after we asked about it. Might seem like a small issue, but with 3 teenage daughters and “packing light” - it was a big deal. Host was apologetic, and offered a late checkout for the inconvenience. There are pubs directly below this apartment and the smoke and noise goes directly into the room. On our particular night, there were people drinking and being loud until 3am. Not a restful family place. Would have loved to keep the windows closed, but the apartment was very stuffy and hot. I can’t image how hot it gets on a hot day. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, as we found used dishes with food still on them in the oven.

Great location, it had everything we needed. Right in the heart of the old part of Chur, easy walking distance to everything.. nice comfy bed & very clean, easy to get in to the apartment too. The sofa had quite a few stains & the headboard could do with a hoover but otherwise lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Visimo Apartments Chur and it worked perfectly for our family of five. One of the biggest highlights was the size of the apartment—it was very spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to relax, which made a big difference during our trip. The building also has an elevator, which was incredibly helpful when traveling with luggage and kids—something you don’t always find in older properties. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Chur’s charming Old Town. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and explore the area without needing transportation. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. We would absolutely recommend it to families looking for space and a great central location.

Our stay at Visimo Apartments in Chur was excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right in the charming old town with beautiful cobblestone streets. The apartment itself is newly furnished, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We did encounter a minor issue with the sofa bed linen not being fresh, which we noticed late at night. However, the hosts responded immediately and handled the situation promptly and professionally. We had booked two rooms, and everyone in our group was very satisfied with their stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Neutrale und sachliche Beurteilung: Schlafzimmer: Fenster grenzt an Bar und Neon-Weihnachtsbeleuchtung. Von daher war es eher laut und hell. Matraze ist harter Schaum. Für 1-2 Nächte ok, mehr nicht. Badezimmer: hatte kein Toilettenpapier Küche: Backblech war verkrustet und nicht gereinigt Ausziehsofa: komplett verbraucht, müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Fleckig und schmuddelig. Leintuch war nicht gewaschen. Hatte Haare und Krümel drauf. Ess-ecke: tip top. Erfüllt den Zweck Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Man hört in etwa alles. Fazit: für den Preis maximal mittelmässig. Kann ich so leider nicht empfehlen und würde es nicht mehr buchen.

Great apartment and layout and excellent location right in the middle of town. It was seamless to get in and check out.

Check in was smooth and easy to access. It’s in the heart of the older part of the city full of charm. The residence was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was very clean and well designed The location is excellent in the center of the old town and an easy walk from the train station, with cafes and restaurants nearby There is a small restaurant across the street It was quite noisy but by 10:30 PM it has stopped and in addition the windows are very well insulated so it was not a problem We didn’t particularly like the VERY soft bed but some people appreciate it All in all it was a pleasant stay
