This place takes advantage of people and their mula . I had a loss in the family and they are unwilling to refund me. In life there are unfortunate circumstances beyond our control. To think and know this establishment will keep your mula after 9 days prior to stay notification on a family loss is unethical. It shouldn't even be listed as a hotel since it's a B&B which there is a major difference as far as service provided. I did not attend do to my circumstances but I pray they get karma in this case.
