Only one problem with checking in as reservation could not be found

Todo muy bien. No sabía que no había servicio de Houskeeping de manera diaria. Es importante comunicarlo, previo a hacer la reservación

We arrived late as hotel was expecting us late. Was informed someone would be on desk( was actually just security). We entered our room with code that was emailed the day before. Someone was sleeping in that room. Went to reception and security couldn’t help (no English) and was told to come back next day. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights. Was eventually given another room 45 minutes later after he contacted someone. Didn’t feel reassured that our room would be safe. Reported how cold it was in room and sofa bed not sleepable for our 2 children as back was broken.
