The location was great, hotel was nice and the staff are amazing...however, if you are terrified of iguanas that's not the hotel for you BUT I must say, staff went above and beyond to accommodate my fear of these creatures. A staff member chased them from the hot tub so I could get a dip and also escorted me to my room because I was terrified on few different occasions. The staff are amazing and they took my fear seriously and I really appreciated it😊

The property was well maintained and clean very close to airport

We landed there after missing our flight, given the very close location to the airport. We are very lucky because the property (a former Marriott) was exactly what we needed. It’s a $15 ride to the airport, or .6 miles which is walkable. The dive shop has great stock and lovely owners. I can’t comment much more than that given that we were only there as a holdover, but I would stay there again if I needed a hotel in Bonaire.

The room is ok. But when housed in building 4 you need to walk a lot.

I have stayed here many times both for business and family vacations and I love it. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Most of all: the staff are amazing!! Kudos to excellent customer service from the front desk staff to housekeeping and beyond. Keep up the wonderful level of service! The only remark I have, is that the property can use more landscaping for beautifying and more lighting and seating outside for the ground level rooms. They have such beautiful and relaxing views but no proper lighting and chairs/tables. A pity and missed opportunity! Also, the buildings could use a fresh coat of paint on the outside to enhance the property. Looking forward to many more stays!

Great service, property, friendliness and location.

Property was very clean and staff was very attentive. Food service was minimal and inconvenient. View from our villa was unappealing. Property next to this that faced the water view we had was ugly boards lining the water.

O hotel atendeu nossas expectativas, de fato consegui descansar. O atendimento foi excelente, tanto na recepção quanto na área da piscina/café da manhã. Falando em café da manhã, esse deixou a desejar, achei fraco, pode ser simples, não tem problema, mas tem que ter qualidade no que se apresenta.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful pastel colored buildings. Marriott quality with a Bonaire flair! Loved the infinity pool and buffet breakfast area overlooking pool and canal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kayaking around hotel and area canals is scenic, easy access, and fun. Very laid back property and gorgeous. We were sad to leave. Be sure to rent a truck and go to the National Park!
