Didn’t use any amenities, we only travelled through and need a place to stay for the night.

A beautiful place to stay in the Rockies. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff made it a great home base while we were staying in Blue River.

The staff and hotel were just great

We were pleasantly surprised. Great room, and excellent meal at the Saddle Restaurant. The walk to Eleanor Lake was great.

My room was not ready on time. The room was dirty - the couch cushions very obvious. The window sills full of bugs and the dust under the bed was gross. They definitely clean with an out of sight out of mind mentality. I have never had to push so hard to flush a toilet in my life. The restaurant staff was wonderful and the food was good. Overall a disappointing experience.

I liked were we stayed but got a little mixed up where to check in. The lobby for check in was across the highway. I did not realize this, I was tired after driving for the day but was directed to the proper place by friendly helpful staff at the restaurant.

The Saddle restaurant better resembles a staff lunchroom. I had to ask if I was in a restaurant because it didn’t look like one. Food was meh!

Location was close to the highway however no actual staff. You have to check in across the highway and signage and directions were lacking. This is a shared multimillion property. WW Adding one full time staff at the property would have made this a excellent stay.

Cute and good value, but three of the lightbulbs in lamps weren’t working and there was no hairdryer in the room. I asked for one and it was delivered quickly and at first it seemed to be working, but after it ran for a couple of minutes, it started sparking. It was later in the evening and I couldn’t be bothered to ask for another one.

Lots of mosquitoes in the entire house, inside living room, washroom, bedroom, closets. I forgot my item but hotel claimed that it was not left in the hotel. Very bad experience.

Good bed. Quiet room and area. Clean. Great views.

I liked that there was a proper restaurant on site. Could use a breakfast service as well. I had an issue with the TV and the staff was quick to check it out. They couldn't fix it and moved me to a different room. They were quick and responsive. The rooms were clean and my bet was excellent. I did find both rooms a little musty, and that is with hard floors so I can't say where it came from. I would stay again.
