El personal muy amable y atento. Todo muy limpio.

The hotel is very well run, I liked the coffee station but no coffee in the room was a minor down side, the breakfast was very varied and delicious The only problem for me is I stayed on Sunday and the restaurant next door was shut and no local options available also hotel doesn't have a bar

I don’t consider the hotel a worthy B&B badge holder. I requested a room for a disabled person, I received no acknowledgement, on arrival around 8pm I asked the staff if the bathroom was suitable for disability and he confirmed yes. I got to the room and it was not disabled friendly. Unfortunately I went straight to a meeting and was unable to query or change rooms. It is extremely dangerous for me to try and enter/exit a bath. Why don’t staff read or respond to a request. This frequently happens. On going to bed there was only a sheet no blanket no duvet so I increased the aircon, it didn’t heat and I spent a cold 10c night unfair sheet. I use B&B a lot but will now review my options.
