酒店的环境和位置还可以，在古城里。但是服务实在实在是太差了！早餐按预定的时间晚半小时，不急着赶车也就算了。我们请酒店帮忙订的送客运站私家车进不来古城的酒店，老板答应的很好，会派员工送我们去停车场跟私家车会合，到了时间又说不行。私家车也没有准时接我们。急得我们差点崩溃

Le personnel etait très gentil et accueillant, nous avons aimé notre expérience Hammam. La salle de bain pourrait être plus propre, le sol était mouillé en continue et elle sentait la moisissure. Sinon elle est situé très proche de la médina. Pratique pour vivre l'expérience Fès à fond malgré que nous avons trouvé les rues du coin malpropres.

During the last 2 days, the Riad was privatized even if we were there. We were asked to act as we were friends and not customers. We were unable to sleep for 2 nights in a row due to event celebrations of the party that rented the Riad. The service was not good. During the whole stay nobody cleaned the room.

Super séjour avec un accueil chaleureux et des services au top.
