Das Personal war sehr nett und hat jedes Anliegen komptent gelöst. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Blick auf die Skyline von Frankfurt. Es war sehr schön. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und sehr ruhig

Das Hotel liegt perfekt.Mann ist zu Fuß direkt in der Rittergasse und die Altstadt ereicht mann auch sehr schnell.

O sistema de check in não funcionava quando cheguei, e foi muito difícil de entrar no apartamento. A cortina do quarto estava solta e não era possível ajustar para que não entrasse luz do sol. Não existia telefone ou forma de contato com a recepção. O restaurante/bar fechava extremamente cedo. O quarto pelo menos era muito amplo e bonito, com tudo limpo e organizado. Ótima localização.

Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique et compétent, petit déjeuner parfait dans un cadre agréable. Suite très spacieuse très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

No AC for three days. Temp was 85F. Several complaints. Response was to bring a fan to the room. Unacceptable.

Maybe I got lucky with the timing of my stay, but the 70 euros I paid was a massive steal. This is a luxurious building with clean rooms and a great view. Highly recommend!

The room was an old fashioned hotel room/suite, which I loved as although a little outdated it was large with a bath and shower and kitchenette. This was a lux stay before a camping holiday so I had cooking supplies with me. Pool was out of service and there is a major Reno about to start. Staff very helpful and friendly. I was very happy.
