An air conditioner leaking water in a children's room from the 7th, and instead of a technician I got repeated demands for photographs. I told him I was unhappy and asked for management to call me. Nobody called. On our last morning, while we were packing and had asked for time to pray, his replies were "Hey hey," "So what," and "You should follow the rules." I asked for the name and number of someone above him. His answer: "There is no name and number, it is only me Sir." We left early rather than spend another hour there. Neglected, badly run, and openly rude to a family that had paid in full.
