Good location, fairly quiet considering the fact that it's in the city center. Restaurants, shopping and the river are close, easy walk from the train station. I did not like that the widows are blocked from opening and there is a super noisy portable air conditioning unit in the room. Also, as an international traveler, it's not easy to call the hotel and it would be more helpful if messaging responses were faster, especially on the arrival day

Great location in the middle of Zurich and very sweet and helpful staff. Room was very nice and clean and I would pick this hotel again if I was to return to Zurich. Ten minutes walk from the train station.

Det bästa med detta hotellet är läget. Men där slutar det. Sängen var stenhård, ACn bestod av en apparat som stod i rummet å lät som ett flygplan med ett rör ut genom fönstret… så därför kunde man inte stänga fönstret. När jag bokade hotellet var jag noga med att klicka in att jag ville ha frukost och att jag ville ha separata sängar, detta var inte noterat vilket inte är hotellets fel, så jag skulle vilja lyfta ett varningens finger för att boka via Expedia… det är som att det bara försvinner information på vägen å sedan kommer en massa oförutsedda avgifter. Jag kommer inte rekommendera vare sig detta hotell eller någonsin boka via Expedia igen! Dyrt för vad man fick. Rent å bra läge men otroligt störande ljud och säng som kändes som en planka.

Everybody was fine. The hotel was fine, good location, the ad was misleading about the breakfast. It did say continental breakfast “available “ when I booked, but when I asked, reception told me there was no breakfast. To be fair she was dealing with a guest, (there was a pause so I just asked where it was located?) her response made it sound like I was making it up. I wasn’t in the mood to argue about it, but I did verify when I got back to my room and the ad is very misleading. Honestly I don’t care, but it was a deciding factor since I was traveling with my daughter.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt , sehr belebt und sehr zentral, als allein Reisende Frau , hab ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt Sehr zu empfehlen :)

Weekend staff not as good as week day staff, they were awesome! Helpful advice on places to go and assistance with room and bag storage. Thankfully a portable air conditioner was placed in our room, certainly needed it as days were 30+ and nights in the low to mid 20’s. Wifi was not great, even the television buffered. Location was great for us, easy access to most things and in a quieter area. Would recommend to others.

The staff are exceptional. And the rooms are fully fitted out with all mod cons. And you can't beat the location. Would definitely recommend.

Hotell med utmärkt läge mitt i Gamla stan! Nära till alla restauranger man kan behöva och till lokaltrafik samt tågstationen. Rummet var litet, men tillräckligt för en stadsweekend. Rent och prydligt i rum och badrum. Ingen inbyggd luftkonditionering, vilket kompenserats med en portabel AC i rummet som gav tillräcklig kyleffekt till priset av kraftigt buller. Man försågs med öronproppar och ansiktsmask vilket kan vara skönt att ha när man sover eftersom det kan leva om utanför hotellet i samband med städning och leveranser under morgontimmarna.

The location is great. There is an air con in the room. There is also a lift to carry the luggage upstairs. Too bad when we checked out, the lift is out of order so we have to carry the luggage downstairs. The room is spacious but the restroom is very small. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Underrated lodging….it is located in the heart of Old Town Zurich. The Ass Bar pastry/ coffee shop is steps away. They wisely included window air conditioner…I wouldn’t have survived without it. The price was an amazing value….especially since the majority of your time will be spent enjoying the sights. 😊

We chose this hotel based on previous reviews and location. Staff super friendly and helpful. This week was unusually hot and they had a portable AC in the room which was fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes or 4 by tram. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again in my next trip to Zurich.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. But the room is really small, and AC is very loud.

We had to walk around the city with our luggage because there was no reception until noon and the door is locked with a code, and the one that was sent to us didn’t work Even when the staff arrived we had to wait quite some time until the room was ready

Herşey mükemmeldi. Giriş çok kolaydı, odamız temizdi ve otel tam merkezdeydi. Çalışanlar çok cana yakın. Bidaha gelmeyi çok isteriz.😊
