There were no towels available when I called on the reception number through the landline multiple times there was no response from their end. When I called on the number on which I have shared the personal details like the ID proofs that I came to know that the landline was not working on the reception which was not prior informed during the check-in and I informed that lady who picked the (Call) to send some towels in the room because there were no travels she said okay till the time of checkout the towels were not provided.

The bathroom was smelling very bad and the refrigerator was also stinking

Everything was as expected. However, the ac and fan was not working properly
