我選擇入住Lexis Hotel度週末，最近入住的是11樓的高級塔樓客房。可惜的是，這次入住體驗並不愉快😞 房間似乎已經很久沒人住了。床單看起來不太乾淨，睡醒後我的臉出現了過敏反應。浴室裡也散發著一股難聞的氣味，說明房間在我們入住前沒有徹底通風或打掃乾淨。 更糟的是，夜裡房間裡出現了一隻大蟑螂。我們感到非常不舒服，不得不要求換房。 不過，我還是要稱讚一下飯店員工，他們在整個入住期間都非常友善、有禮貌且反應迅速。他們專業地處理了我們的換房事宜，並盡力幫助我們。 我希望飯店能更重視房間的準備、清潔和蟲害控制，以確保未來的客人有更好的入住體驗😉

食物很糟糕，沒煮。

我在這家飯店住得很愉快，體驗也很棒。房間升級到水上小屋讓我非常驚喜，也讓我的住宿體驗更加舒適特別。房間乾淨、舒適、維護良好。周圍環境寧靜，讓我能徹底放鬆身心。飯店設施齊全，員工熱情友好，樂於助人。我還品嚐了飯店的餐食，味道很不錯。入住和退房都很順利，飯店位置交通便利。總而言之，我對這次入住非常滿意，也很感謝飯店的房間升級。以後有機會我還會考慮入住這家飯店。

Experience: We had a bad experience with our first room (bad smell, leaking sink, noisy phone), but the staff was nice to change us to another room, which was way better in terms of more modern furniture and cleaner overall. They even extended our check-out time to 1pm as an apology. It was hard to reach the front desk via phone call (unreachable despite multiple attempts), so we had to walk all the way to front desk. Room: The room is equipped with essentials like free bottled drinking water, disposable toothbrush & toothpaste, hairdryer, kettle, tea & coffee packets, shampoos, and vanity kit. If you're staying more than a night, they will make up your room and restock everything. Breakfast: Breakfast has a variety of food to choose from. Seats are plenty (outdoor and indoor). Some food are nice, some maybe not so much, but hey, at least there are variety of choices. Parking: Plenty of parking spots to choose from, ranging from outdoor to multi-floor parking. Amenities: In terms of available facilities, gym, pool and some kids activities are available. Would be great if there is a beach linked to the hotel itself, but it's fine because there are many beaches in Port Dickson within driving distances. Area: The hotel is located within 10-15 minutes of driving to many areas, so it wouldn't be an issue provided that you have a transport.

so far ok 7/10, and the service check out time at 11 am is to early.

Everything is good except for the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is very slow and there are not so many TV channels to watch.

Checked in for 3D2N stay with my family. There are ample of parking slots at the hotel. Check-in process is very fast. From 10th floor room we get a very good view of the water chalets and Straights of Malacca. Breakfast is very good with lots of variety of food.

We choose to stay at Lexis PD because my kids were attracted to the indoor and outdoor games as published in the website but we're very disappointed that most of the games are not available. The room was OK except the phone room is out of order and we cannot make any calls to housekeeping to ask for extra towels and to call for buggy etc.

Best breakfast food. The view of the hotel is very beautiful, but the cleanliness is very poor in terms of rooms and also the elevator. Room condition is also a bit gloomy creepy too.

Was ‘ upgraded’ to water chalet, bur the cleanliness was disappointing. The food was so-so.

tidak berbaloi dengan apa yang saya bayar, sangat kotor, toilet licin seperti tidak dicuci, bilik berbau busuk, cadar seperti tidak ditukar berbau kepam, lantai bilik yang kotor separti tidak di mop tapak kaki hitam memijak lantai bilik, saya terpaksa kekedai membeli pencuci lantai dan pewangi bilik. kolam ditutup.. percutian yang sia sia dan merugikan

good stay but room are a bit dusty and ac not cool enough during the day

Bathtub is having problem which is can't fill up the bathtub, management took 2 times to fix the problems total cost us up to 2 hours

Overrated, regular breakfast, not well-maintained resort, slow front desk
