前台工作人員非常友善熱情，樂於助人。

連浴室都壞了。馬桶沖水壞了。毛巾散發著濃重的化學氣味。但我們沒抱怨，因為我們趕時間，只在那裡睡了幾個小時，洗了個澡。總的來說，還行吧。

Staff hotel sangat ramah. Proses check-in mudah dan cepat. Kamar sangaat bersih. Proses check-out juga mudah. Ada bidet di toilet. Cukup dekat dengan MRT Lavender. Nyaman sekali. Mungkin akan kembali menginap di sini kalau ke Singapore lagi.

Hotel dengan akses mrt yang sangat terjangkau,di sekitar hotel banyak makanan murah dan halal,staff sangat ramah,late check out diizinkan,sangat menyenangkan menginap disini,sedikit kekurangan kamar yang sangat sempit sekali,sehingga sedikit kesusahan saat membuka koper.

Check in went smooth and perfect. MRT Station and hawker food nearby. Staff are very helpful and charming 🤭

very easy to check-in & check-out, just installing the app to get digital key.. the staffs were so helpful in explaining all details & they're very nice as well.. Tap water's drinkable.. Bedroom & bathroom were nice & clean but not soundproof.. there's much space left for 2 20in luggages (open)& 2 medium backpack.. Cleaning service always change the towels everyday.. even the lady want to make up the room too before I asked.. Got high floor rooms for 3 nights, next to the swimming pool.. AC was soooo cold that I always set to 27-28ºC.. 😅 Hotel is walking distant to Lavender MRT station in green line, many food stalls, 7-11, Fairprice & Aperia Mall.. Thank you very much for your hospitality to me & my family.. 💜 will definitely go back here whenever we come to SG in the future times..

Tempatnya strategis banget! Banyak hawker dan mini market untuk beli mineral water, dekat banget sama stasiun MRT!

proses check in harus mobile check in, agak ribet ya. tapi staff ramah, setiap kami keluar masuk mereka selalu senyum. lokasi sangat strategis, jika ingin naik MRT bisa belok kanan dari hotel menuju Lavender melalui kitchener complex, jika ingin naik Bus bisa belok kiri menuju Kallang 3 min, lokasi dekat 7 eleven,lavender & fair price.

Dekat dengan MRT dan tempat makanan murah. Jangan belanja di Seven Eleven dekat situ karena sempat menipu saya, scan product yang saya tidak beli.

Untuk B3, ok lah kamarnya & ada bidet-nya, dekat ke mrt lavender.

Kami memesan kamar standar untuk 3 malam dan semua fasilitas sesuai keterangan di app. Kamar yang kami pesan cocok untuk kapasitas 2 orang saja dan untuk yang pakai kamar hanya untuk tidur malam saja. Kamar dan kamar mandi bersih. TV-nya ada 7 stasiun kalau enggak salah, ada HBO dan CNA, selain itu siaran lokal. Colokan listrik banyak, bisa yang kaki 2 dan bisa juga dengan kabel USB biasa, tapi bukan yang tipe C ya. Downside-nya cuma angin AC yang kadang-kadang menerpa wajah. Tidak ada deposit fee. Proses check in cepat dan resepsionis ramah. Tips: Kamar ujung nomor 310 sama-sama kamar standar, punya jendela tapi sempit banget. Kalau kamar standar yang kami dapat, lebih besar ukurannya tapi enggak ada jendela (sesuai keterangan di app) Jalan kaki 3 menitan saja sudah sampai ke MRT Lavender, terus di bagian MRT yang menghadap jalan raya besar juga ada halte bus. Supermarket dekat, lumayan bisa beli air mineral produk Fairprice harga 2 SGD untuk 6 botol air mineral ukuran sedang. Tempat makan juga banyak dan dekat di sana, ternyata di belakang supermarket Fairprice juga ada food court. Untuk yang terbang pagi, enggak keburu naik bis atau MRT, bisa pesan Grab atau bantu dipesankan oleh resepsionis dengan biaya 30-an SGD tergantung jumlah penumpang dan luggage. Kesimpulan: Oke untuk minimalist traveler

Pilih kamar Family Room, waktu check in menunggu terlalu lama, karena staff-nya beberapa kurang bisa sehingga hanya dilayani 1 staff, cukup bad mood. Kamar terlalu kecil untuk pemesanan Family Room, kamar mandi cukup oke, cuman sepertinya tidak bisa kunci pintu kamar mandi, sepertinya semua model begitu, AC bagus, akses dekat MRT dan hawker lavender.

Staff hotel ramah, akses kemana-mana gampang efisien. Banyak makanan sekitar dan ada supermarket terdekat.

1.Check in process is hectic...my parents that are visiting are required to give their passport for registration... 2. Check out process is fast but we felt like they are chasing us out as I clearly requested for a late checkout upon checking in and it was written on the registration paper an yet ,a receptionist came to my room around 12.15pm and ask when are we going to checkout. He then say there's no info recorded that we requested a late checkout...(this indicate no communication or handover between staffs) 3. Room is very small for the price paid and the soundproof is bad as I can hear the neighbors talking the whole night that disturb my sleep 4.Bathroom can't even be locked as there's no lock on it....what monstrosity is this??luckily I was staying with my brother 5.Only plus point is the hotel is located near a mrt station so movement was easy. I'm a hotelier myself in Malaysia and the things highlighted above could be improved as Ibis is an international brand. Will think twice before booking this hotel again...

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan kooperatif. Jarak hotel juga terbilang cukup dekat dengan akses MRT.

Very helpful staffs overall. The room is a little bit small but it's enough. We got room with window, so it doesn't felt cramped at all. Hot water is running good. The hotel located near Lavender MRT station and some bus station, there's a hawker nearby with a very good selection of foods available.
