good service staying at kayana

Tidak sesuai ekspektasi, kolam renang tidak bisa diketahui dalam gambar-gambar yang disajikan, ternyata kolamnya sangat kecil hanya sekitar 2 meter, tidak bisa dipakai ut berenang, mengecewakan sekali, tidak sesuai dengan iming-iming gambar atau peneyembunyian gambar yang sebenarnya.

Check-in. The check-in process was a breeze and the front desk person (forgot the name) was friendly and welcoming. Our Bedroom Pool Villa was ready when we got there, so we didn't have to wait long. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. LOCATION. One of the best locations in Seminyak. Everything was within walking distance. VILLA. The villa was clean and in a good shape. A minor hiccup was some light bulbs were out (one in the garden, one in the pool, and one in the living area) but it didn't really affect the overall experience. The bathroom was in great condition and the amenities were of good quality. If you plan to use the outdoor gazebo at night, don't forget to light the mosquito repellant they provided. It helps! AMENITIES. The amenities were great. I especially like their shower gel and body lotion! They provided a lot of towels and hand towels. DINING. Our in-villa breakfasts were set up on time and were to our expectations. We asked for a runny omelette and we got one! The egg benedict was also great. We also tried the Korean BBQ in-Villa dinner at night (need to book a day in advance) which was really satisfying (tips: just order the 1-3 person package if you're a couple). Yes, you can still hear some faint music from the club next door, but it's not loud, and act like soft background music to accompany our private dinner. SERVICE. Everyone was friendly and capable, even the trainees who set up our breakfast. Check out. Check-out was also a breeze. We only stayed 2 nights because they were only available for 2 nights. Would have stayed longer if they were available, but they seem to be fully booked. So we had to move to another hotel nearby. And, guess what, they arranged our transport to our next hotel free of charge. OVEERALL. We had a great time and will definitely be staying here again and recommend this place!

Hotel ini unik, biar bangunan kuno cukup bersih.

The hotel just re-open after almost 2 years pandemic time, they are still short staffs. The property is clean but the room is old. Don't be surprise when you see centipede at your bathroom. One morning, they also forgot to send breakfast to my room due to"busy with outside visitors".

The place is old and lil bit under maintenance. I stayed for 2 days, first day there's no hot water and the air con is leaked, but they fix it immediately. The staff is very helpful and kind. In the night it's so dark. We can't access the restaurant, spa and swimming pool because it's closed. Breakfast is very simple. Location is great, near so many cafe and shopping area
