The service of the staff and security was very poor. How come the entrance gate could not connect with the receptionist? It was very awful.

Hotel Marcopolo
Not worthy of being a 3 star hotel, lots of stains on the floor and carpet, bad smell, blankets with lots of stains. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken water tap. Not recommended to stay. I immediately moved hotels as soon as I saw the room.

Swiss-Belhotel Lampung
I stayed for two nights, and on the second night, I requested a small piece of cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, despite the staff confirming the request, it was not provided by the time we checked out. On the bright side, all the staff members were friendly, although there were times when the health facility staff were unavailable. I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, the delicious dinner, and the overall cozy atmosphere. I would like to suggest providing umbrellas and parking staff for the outdoor parking area, as it is uncovered and could be inconvenient during rain. Thank you, Swiss-Belhotel Lampung
