driver so polite, always give us some options to choice to make us satisfied. that is really appreciated. he drove the vehicle so smooth and nice. The jeep's driver also nice and informative. I didn't know that this package was included breakfast. So we were enjoying our breakfast 😋. The food tasted so good. I really recommend this package. We bought the package and the tour partner did the rest. So simple and enjoyable 😉 Thank you very much.

saya ambil paket open trip & dokumentasi ,,
waktu penjemputan di hotel & tiba di pos 1 tepat waktu, sayangnya ketika nunggu jeep harus nunggu sekitar 1,5 jam,
untuk urutan ke beberapa obyek tepat waktu ,sopir jeep udh Pro banget ,tau Medan bahkan jalan berkabut tebal pun lancr sekali ,,, ketika tour ke bbrp obyek beruntung dpet cuaca yg bagus .
sebenarnya semuanya berjalan lancar ,sdikit catatan utk dokumentasi saja ,kalau pakai kamera yg lebih bagus dan guide yg sekaligus jd fotografer, lebih bisa mengarahkan spot2 foto& pose2 yg menarik pasti paket tour ini jd lebih berkesan .
karena memang saya ambil paket dokumentasi ini sangat berharap bisa foto2 bagus.

coba pesan yang open trip pas high season. overall pengalaman cukup puas untuk paket opentrip. Dari penjemputan, pemakain jeep, supir dan tour guide, overall bagus. udah gitu free dokumentasi juga. dan cukup sabar supir dan tour guide nunggu pas explore ke kawah bromo makan waktu lebih dari sejam karna high season. Reccomend buat yang mau coba explore bromo via open trip. 👍👍

Highly recommended… Puas banget trip ke bromo kali ini, dari awal penjemputan sampe pulang semuanya TOP ga ada yg mengecewakan… Semuanya happy banget. Driver jeep jg sangat helpful untuk bantu fotoin kita di spot-spot yg keren… Thanks liburan malang

The spot that we took awesome, we can get the best place to shot the scene!
They really know the place, you can't imagine how we can reach the place while the road we through just full of fogs. I can't even see the road while we ride the Jeep.
But the only thing that can be improved is the flexible tour guide, instead we just got the driver only. Wishing to get somebody who will get our perfect picture together while in Bromo.

Perjalanannya nyaman walaupun dijemput tepat jam 12 malam, drivernya hospitalitynya bagus, dan di pemberhentian sebelum mendaki ke Bromo banyak pendaki lain yg ngumpul disana, asik untuk liburan keluarga yg menantang, pengendara jeep juga berpengalaman. Tetapi kebetulan driver jeep saya sdh tua, diem aja selama perjalanan, kalau gak disapa gak akan ngomong... Jadi kita hanya lihat-lihat tanpa tau tempat apa yg kita jalani. Semoga lain kali traveloka cari vendor jeep yg juga lebih ramah tamah...

Too hectic during peak season (dec), not able to reach the best spot for sun rise. Better pick low season with open trip, should future opportunities arise.

Info saja, untuk keluarga yang membawa anak kecil persiapkan segala sesuatunya sebaik mungkin karena udara di sana sangat dingin, terutama yg mengikuti trip bromo night sunrise.

Overall dgn harga yg dibayarkan & pengalaman yg didapat cukup worth it. Hanya saja banyak kekurangan dari tour tsb yg menurut saya mengurangi kenyamanan peserta. Pertama saya ikut tour open trip dgn maksimal peserta adalah 4 - 5 orang namun ternyata peserta dlm 1 jeep ada 7 orang sehingga hrs berdesak-desakan dlm jeep yg sempit sedangkan medan jalanan cukup sulit. Kedua, manajemen waktu kurang akurat krn setelah sampai di meeting point masih hrs tunggu jeep agak lama, padahal kondisi lg high season krn telat kami hanya sampai penanjakan 3.
