Spacious room, food tasty and gym adequate for a hotel gym

Short stay. No issues. Great value for the price.

It's states on the website that the room is soundproof which it's is not, the windows are soundproof but the room itself is not.

Hotel is ok but food is quite poor. I would never eat there again. Hotels parking is also expensive.

Exactly what is needed before an early morning flight. Great location, very helpful staff. Room was lovely and comfortable. Would definitely use again

We have stayed at the clayton numerous times when travelling on early morning flight. Always been very good. This time, not so much. We were on the ground floor, i think these rooms have been 'forgotten'... They need a little tlc to bring them up to the same standard at higher floors. The room itself was roomy, the bed comfortable, there was tea and coffee facilities and a bottle of free water (premier room). It was clean. Plenty of luggage/clothing space. The bathroom just needed a bit of updating/care. Free toiletries were high quality plentiful. It was clean. We ate in the hotels bar, wish we hadn't... The staff were very unhelpful and it was like we were a nuisance for being there... Not a pleasant feeling... We chose the chilli and a toasty from the menu, the toastie was 'OK', thats about it. The chilli was awful, tasted warmed up... Quite tasteless. Had a beer that was also awful, couldn't drink it, when mentioned to staff, 'couldnt care less attitude' was all we got, so after a bill for £50 ish felt we had been ripped off and not happy. Breakfast was the complete opposite, fabulous. Both food and staff were great. Staff couldnt be more helpful, friendly, attentive, smiley and courteous. The food was delicious and plentiful. They turned our bad experiences from the night before into a great experience. Management need to know what a great team they have on the breakfast service. Evening staff could learn from them.

Good price for overnight stay after I came back from Paphos after midnight and didn’t want to drive. Hotel transport enabled me to leave the car parked d we here it was on Jet Parks 3 and take the hotel courtesy bus to the hotel from T1 and then dropped me back at the airport at T3 to get the coach to Jet Parks which was great for me. Lovely breakfast - good selection of hot traditional with toast/bread rolls and pastries. Also continental style meats and cheeses along with cereals and fruit and yoghurt. Fresh and tasty. Clean spacious rooms with locks on the door to make you feel extra safe as a woman travelling on her own. They also got the driver to look out for me when pick up from airport as after midnight which was considerate.

room was cold and it was very difficult to adjust temperature, no carpet on the floor in room, bathroom needs updating, service at dinner was slow we booked a king room and got 2 double beds we often stay in Clayton in city centre but this hotel is nowhere near as nice

A very comfortable stay and convenient for our purpose. We ate both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which were both very good. The only issue we had was the coffee machine broke at breakfast but the member of staff on duty went out of his way to ensure we didn’t go without.

Convenient stay for early airport departure. Very efficient and helpful staff

All things considered this was one of the better airport hotels, prices were reasonable for where it was. Really clean and close to T3

Excellent stay

It was ok for an overnight stay. We did upgrade to the king . Not sure it was worth the extra £40.. Bed was comfy and everything was clean.Just had a funny smell to the room,but overall it was a nice stay. Transfer to the airport was on time..we had dinner in the restaurant which was very nice.

Efficient check in process. Complimentary airport shuttle was excellent. Did not use the dining or bar

I didnt know how the lights worked and they came to my room immediately to assist in showing me .
