The communal area could have done with a bit if a clean as people didn’t have the respect to throw their own rubbish away
Disappointed that parking is advertised as £12 on the website and on our floor but it’s actually £15 and then you had to down load the app to pay and that cost 50p for convenience!!!

The staff were excellent. Yummy food in the restaurants, room extremely clean, close to airport & perfect for my needs.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff! Kami pesan 2 kamar, diberi hanya 1 kamar, kami beri bukti booking, tidak dibaca, malah menjawab di sistem hotel hanya 1 kamar. Akhirnya kami terima 1 kamar sembari memastikan order booking kami. Setelah yakin memang pesan 2 kamar, kami kembali ke reception pada staf yang sama, dengan cueknya staff ini memberi kunci kamar 1 lagi, yang beda, padahal kami dengan anak dan request kami kamar berdekatan/sama level, boro-boro senyum, tidak ada kata maaf sama sekali.

Their service is not good. No bottled water as compliments when you check-in. The shuttle bus is unreliable. Hope they can improve next time.
