Showers had super high water pressure (good and bad thing haha). The door is hard to open to get into the room because it backs right up to a bed so a bit awkward. But overall, great experience, very social hostel, helpful staff. Super close to Borough Market which is a must. It was sort of loud at night just because the city is noisy.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the wifi connection was strong. I’ve paid a lot more for hotels with none of the above. Very good location close to the underground and the grey line which goes to the O2 in case you’re looking for a place to stay after attending a concert. Check in is fast and easy. There ale lots of shops nearby. The only downside is that there’s a lot of noise at night coming from outside so it can be a bit hard to fall asleep.

‘‘Twas the teeniest tiniest room you ever did see. We’d have to suck it in to get the door open as it practically hit against the bunk beds. Says it has elevators which it does, but then still had to take some stairs to get to the women’s oasis area (not many, but hard with recently having shoulder surgery and having luggage). Charge hourly rate if you arrive early and want to store luggage. Staff greatly vary in friendliness/helpfulness. Great location, but the northern line was closed while I was there so I had to walk quite a ways with my luggage.

Good and bad. Good was the staff at reception was friendly. And the location was excellent and price was right Bad Loud. Waited close to three hours for my bed to be ready after check in.that same night someone came in and said I was in her bed because they had double booked my bed. It’s was very loud. Not very clean and the housekeeping staff was rude, loud and very bad at their jobs. They would pull trash then leave it all over the floor to come back a few hours later. Men were constantly trying to enter the girls area and the lift was “broken” due to a scratched mirror the entire week.

The doors to the bathroom and between sections slam loudly all night and early morning. The bathrooms were dirty. The elevator was broken. The bright spot is the extremely helpful staff.

Horrible place with helpful staff. The doors slam so loudly that they wake you up, the walls are very thin that you hear every noise. The elevator was broken so I had to carry my luggage up three flights, the place is filthy the bathrooms especially masses of hair in the shower etc etc.

Staff was very kind and location is very good, just a few minutes from London Bridge metro station and Borough Market. Compare with expensive London, this hostel was cheap and good one. If I go back, I will stay here again or one of other branch hostels in London.

I arrived into London late at night, without internet service, so I was super nervous about finding the hostel. However, it was a rather bustling city with bright lights and people outside, and the tube - then bus- to the hostel was straightforward. The girl at the reception desk greeted me with a smile, charged me for the room plus 2-pound deposit for the key, and I was good to go. The reception is at St. Christopher's Village, and Oasis is at the back, which I had no problem with as I did not want to walk outside in the cold again. After you go past the reception desk, there is a bar on the left and a restaurant downstairs, both of which I did not get to visit. You follow the path to a door where only hostel customers with a card key is allowed to enter. From there you see the co-ed hostel rooms. I had to go upstairs and go through another door with a card lock. There are toilets and washrooms with toilets and shower stalls. The room I stayed in had a crack in the window so it was chilly, but I fell asleep fine. Each bed had two USB ports, a light, and an outlet. My USB ports did not work but thankfully the outlet did. In the morning I saw an employee cleaning the shower stalls for quite some time as well as other employees cleaning the hallways and such. I felt completely safe, both outside and inside of the hostel, and it is minutes away from London Bridge station. Breakfast is 3 pounds, and wifi worked really well. Definitely recommend!

Great stay. The room was noisy at night but due to street noise (and ocasionally drunk bar patrons) and not something the hotel could control. Excellent staff. Lots of good free wifi, laundry, breakfast. A very enjoyable place with really helpful staff.

The Hostel is clean and staff are friendly. It's very loud outside so the other girls in my room shut the windows, which effectively turned it into a sauna. Needs a fan! The power socket and light were broken for my bed, so I had to use one from an empty bed. Breakfast was simple but acceptable. There is a cage under the bed for your bags, byo padlock. Lockers can be rented downstairs. I'd visit again if I needed to be in that location.

I stayed at this hostel when I had an overnight layover in London. It was exactly what I needed- just a bed to crash in for the night. I was exhausted but still I thought the room and bed were comfortable. The showers were clean. And they have a free breakfast in the morning in the pub downstairs. They also give you coupons for food and drinks if you want to visit the pub during business hours. I didn't have time for that but it seemed like a fun place. The only downside was that there are apparently a few different locations or buildings associated with this hostel so the address on my booking was actually several blocks away from the actual registration/ check in building.

Everything was really great!! I would just had wanted to be more outlets to plug in my mobile and my extra battery!! 2 spots for all 14 beds is not enough or safe, but besides that everyone were so kind and welcoming, breakfast was really good(better than expected), beds super clean, the room was quiet and I never had a problem with the showers which by the way were also clean(which is super important!!!). Thanks for everything =)
