WoW. We are local and have always wanted to stay here. We went for an overnight staycation for my husband's birthday. The Negresco upgraded our room to a view room which was a lovely Bday surprise! Although the Negresco is under construction, they did much to minimize its effects by limiting the noisy time and placing us as far from the noise as possible. The staff were all amazing and kind. The Spa is incredible. Had some of the best massages of our life there and enjoyed the pampering and ambiance. Highly recommend.

Le Negresco deserves the 5 star in every way . The people in reception ,bell boy , doormen , … were so sweet and helpful , our room was beautiful and in perfect condition . We dined at the restaurant and it was exceptional and the bar was very romantic and nice . The hotel is an actual museum with the 6000 pieces of art displayed throughout the property . We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon . Thank you Le Negresco for a perfect stay .

Everyone was exceptional. My wife had food poisoning (not from Negresco!) and the staff was caring, and treated her wonderfully. Especially the bartender, Daniel. Wonderful experience.

We had an amazing one night stay here. The area is amazing and the hotel is right across the street from the beach. The hotel had amazing art including original Picasso and Salvador Dali. The bar was really cool and the food was amazing. The staff could not have been more welcoming. They were so nice and friendly. The only complaint is that our room was extremely hot because the heat was left on and the AC was not working. Our room was also right next to construction going on at the hotel and when we opened the window we could smell paint and other chemicals from the construction

Property is beautiful, staff is friendly and very courteous.
First night we were there the room temperature was 26c and the toilet would not stop running. We asked for maintenance, they sent someone up to confirm the issues. They changed our room to a smaller room. The next day we asked for a room similar n size and they accommodated us . They did not tell us that the AC was turned off for winter, so we had to keep the balcony door open to cool the room. Also be aware they will temp charge 1200.00 euros for incidentals. It’s the highest I have encountered for a 3 day stay.

Excellent stay! We spent our honeymoon here, the staff was friendly, and the service was great, and the art was beautiful. I wish they would've at least had a complementary breakfast for the price, we only ended up having it the last day before we left and it was amazing. The spa was my favorite thing for sure!

The hotel was incredibly located and had the most amazing art. Our room was huge and quiet. However, it could use new carpet and a new sofa as they were dated. Bathroom was big and new but the shower could have been larger based on how big the bathroom was. Aziz was very nice and helpful at checkin. However, there was a young lady concierge who was snooty when we asked her if we could have walking directions to the Chagall Museum. She said that it was too hilly and hard. We said we love walking and don’t mind a long distance but she wasn’t helpful. We ended up walking and it was great and not hard.

Beautiful, famous, iconic Nice hotel. Only issue was loud nasally group of females in the room next to us. We could hear every word and they never stopped talking. The staff was incredible, the room a solid B, and the location 10 stars.
