This hotel is perfectly located for a weekend in Paris. We had a warm and friendly welcome and were able to check in before the stated time. Our room was on the fourth floor (there is a lift from the first floor but the staircase was beautiful so I took the stairs!), not particularly large but it had everything we needed. It was clean and warm and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious (baguette, croissant, yogurts, cheese, cereals, excellent coffee) and good value. We would definitely stay there again!

This will be my stay every single time I am in Paris. The staff are AMAZING! It’s a walking distance from metro and RER station. Also walking distance from many sights including the Opera House and Palace Garnier. A lot of asian food restaurants are around you and 2 supermarkets. I loved it and would definitely stay there again. Their elevator is on the first floor however they help you getting your bags in and out of the room. I have nothing to complain about.

Bad customer serrvice. You can only take elevator from the 2 nd floor, the elevator does not go to the lobby and no help available.

Typical small, intimate and historic hotel but with modern upgrades. Small room but high ceilings with great climate control and room darkening curtains. Friendly staff. Great location with amazing Japanese and ramen restaurants all around.
Old school key that you leave at front desk when you leave.
The elevator only starts at the second floor which was fine for me but would be tough if stairs are a challenge for you.

The location to the property was great right in the middle of the center. You could walk to all major tourist points. The staff was great. The hotel was a cute chic old school feel to it. It had and old Parisian feel to the room. It was on the smaller side however it had a lot of character.

We stayed in a beautiful room at this hotel, perfectly clean, with high ceilings and large windows opening onto a great street full of restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed the Japanese food available in the area, it’s a great location for exploring the city. Staff were extremely professional and polite, our room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Room for 3 was good size, large bathroom, shower handle on wall was broken, had to hold it to shower. Other than that, hot water was good. Very clean. Hair dryer included.
AC was cool.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Can open windows for fresh air.
The lift doesn't start at ground floor lobby, had to climb up to floor above lobby to use lift.
Staff were very friendly.

The hotel is so well located. Close to so many sites. The neighborhood was also quiet.
The bathroom was very small. That is my only criticism. The towels are also very thin. The serve is wonderful. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Excellent location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby. This a charming historic building. Room and bath are practical but not luxurious or well appointed and somewhat worn.
