Fethi at check in was LOVELY, friendly, welcoming and helpful. This hotel is close to the train, Monoprix right next door (food, groceries, clothing), and we walked everywhere (Eiffel tower, louvre and notre dame). We had a wonderful stay. It’s nothing fancy but the beds are comfy and the price was good!

This is a pleasant place to stay. We had a room off of the garden. It was comfortable but a bit dated. We liked that we could leave the patio door open with security shutter down to get fresh air at night. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. There are cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. There is a Monoprix a few doors down.

We had a room for 3 people. We were put out in the back and the stairway area leading to the room smelled moldy and mildew. There was a common sitting area outside our window and people would smoke which would filter up to our room and they would be out there half the night partying and keeping us awake.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The area around the hotel was good with lots of places to eat and not far from the Metro.

This hotel was wonderful. An easy two minute walk to the Convention Metro line that gets you anywhere in Paris with transfers. A Monoprix store next door was great for getting food and water. Several nice restaurants in the area made for a good dining experience. The best thing though is we had a ground floor room that had a table and chairs to enjoy a bottle of wine or evening drinks or even your morning coffee. Staff let us check in early and in the afternoon there were macaroons and tea in the lobby to enjoy. For the price we paid this room was a great deal. Next time I go to Paris we will stay here again.

Do not go to this place with your family. I booked this place for 2 nights with my elderly grandmother and they put us in a non-accessible room on the 4th floor! THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR to get to the room. My grandmother has mobility issues and had extreme difficulty climbing the several sets of stairs. We asked the front desk for help with this and they just said that there were no other rooms available for families. THE ADVERT says that there is an elevator, but this is not the case for all rooms. The staff is terrible, rude and unprepared. We arrived at the hotel to check in at 2:40 pm and were told that our room would only be ready after 3:30 pm. The furniture is old, the hallways are horrible and smelly. The reception staff barely speaks English. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast, which, although the same every day, was good and the kitchen staff was friendly. I do not recommend this place. They do not care about their customers.

All we needed. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked. Tea, water and soft drinks were available as well as baggage hold after check out. I’m not sure about breakfast as it wasn’t offered to us, but I heard the front desk telling another customer about it. Very close to convention line on the metro

This hotel is in an excellent location with nearby shops, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, bakery's etc.
We were in a room in the garden block which we found quiet. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly.

Convenient location near a metro stations and many local shops and restaurants. The room was small but benefitted from an aircon, a TV, a small fridge and a comfy bed. The drawback was damp smell in the room, which required a window to be opened all night.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Aircon worked which was great. Bed was okay. Room smelled of bad damp. Likely due to shower curtain not stopping water leaking out and poor ventalation in the bathroom. Overall happy enough as slept well but they do need to resolve damp smell
