The front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in and they were very helpful in booking a tour and a taxi back to the airport. Only things that needs to be fixed is the tiny noise of the air conditioner in room 317 and the shower door did not keep water from running onto bathroom floor. Other than that it was a cute hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Attempted to check in early, front desk staff during that time wasn’t very pleasant. Didn’t know beach towels were offered until last day. Room was very clean, great beds and pillows clean linens. Great location. Insulated windows.

Hôtel was in a great location. Easy to travel via metro which stops one block away. Close to everything in nice. AC did not work in room, they were going to send a tech to check it out not sure if they did or not but the unit did not improve if so. Also on the last two days the elevator did not work, which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location. Close to all major attractions.
Air conditioning in the room did not work. We spent 2 days with the room temperature stuck around 27 degrees Celsius. Hotel room and hallways smell of mold and humidity.

Super hotel located in the city center near Place Massena. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Central area with many restaurants and bars. Also very close to the Metro station with which you can quickly reach the airport. I recommend this hotel and hope to return.

Very very nice hotel in close proximity to the square and coast. The breakfast in the morning was tasty and ample. My only gripe was that there was hair in my “unused” bed linens and in the bathroom. I know the hair did not belong to me, as 1. this was my first night, 2. I am Black, and 3. my hair is fashioned in braids. Not sure what was going on with the cleaning crew but it is not a reflection of the hotel overall. I would definitely stay there again!

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. Despite the first one, I did not feel comfortable as the room is next to the breakfast area at the first floor. Even I wrote a note to have twin bed, they said they don't have it available when we checked-in. The towels were not renewed the second day. Even we are two people, they gave us only one room card.

This place has a great location in the center of the city, everything is within walking distance.
We rented a car and the Grimaldi parking lot was 5 blocks away, one of the pluses was the elevator.
One of the bad things is the SEVERE problem they have with the sewer system, the only way you can sleep here is if you open the window to the outside, I imagine if you get a bedroom with no windows to open it is going to be impossible to sleep there because the sewage odor was really STRONG and HORRIBLE.
