Clean and tidy with great staff and a fabulous breakfast

Lovely trip, great room, accessible location for walking through town as well as catching the train the football. Friendly staff and practical well appointed residence.

The hotel is well located with a short walk to the Nice Ville Gare (train station), which was very convenient for us to go out and visit the small towns around the Nice. Our stay included the breakfast. We are a family of five. Everyone likes the breakfast.

Only stayed the 1 night for a Europa league football match but the hotel added the icing onto the cake.Great location close to tram 2 and the train station,bars and restaurants close at hand.Very helpful staff,who organised the use of the breakfast facilities despite our early morning rise.

The hotel was in the perfect position for our stay in Nice. Walkable to the main train station. Getting breakfast when away at the hotel is a huge bonus.

Healthy, delicious breakfast choices!

Every thing was good, close to the station 6 min walk and 15 min walk to the beach, breakfast was good, included, very quiet room!

Convenient for train station and not too far to walk down to the sea. Easy to get to the airport and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Clean, quiet property located within walking distsnce to beach, train and tram lines. Staff was very helpful with any needs we had. Excellent buffet breakfast.

It’s a pretty average hotel, clean and in a good location. The breakfast was pretty good and had a variety of options!

Good basics

Bedrooms simple but very clean and comfortable, excellent A/C and a tiny balcony to check the real temperature before heading out. No fridge or kettle, but you can take reusable glass bottles from reception and fill them with chilled or ambient filtered water, plus there is a hot water machine with paper cups - we would take a teabag each out for tge day and make tge tea when we returned. There is also a coffee machine you caan buy coffees from. Front desk staff always very professional and kind enough not to switch to English automatically. Breakfast buffet was adequate, a good mix of the usual suspects ( the fresh orange and grapefruit was really well prepared, no pith at all), a fresh orange juice machine was a nice touch, plus a range of teas with infusers. No hot dishes but you can boil eggs if you wish. Only a couple of negatives, at the weekend the staff were slow to clear the breakfast tables and restock the buffet. Also the floor in the lift and throughout the ground floor were really sticky, as people went to and fro to the buffet or reception you could hear their feet, no matter what footwear they had on. (It might be due to the complimentary popcorn and teas available at 4pm each day?) When we checked out it had been cleaned and no sticky noises!

The location was great. Walking distance to busy area. Their breakfast was really good.

Great location, clean rooms, excellent customer service at the reception desk from all specially from Mr. Majdi, and decent breakfast.

Staff very friendly. room was very good with a great shower. Most attractions/sites were in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
