5-Star Experience at Juliana Hotel Paris I recently had the pleasure of staying at Juliana Hotel Paris, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the overall experience! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Adel, the concierge, and Emanuel, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly valued. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The entire team at the hotel was friendly and accommodating, and they really made a difference in my visit. I highly recommend Juliana Hotel Paris to anyone visiting the city. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

All the staff were very gracious starting with Emily at the front desk who did her absolute best to ensure our comfort on all aspects not only within the hotel but also gave excellent advice about the surrounding areas ! Easy to walk to poplar attractions. Staff are really helpful and professional. The hire does not have resultant but has room service .

My stay at Hotel Juliana was exceptional. Despite being fully booked, the staff made us feel completely cared for, showing true dedication even when things didn’t go smoothly. When the coffee machine broke mid-breakfast with a room full of guests, they quickly found a way to serve everyone, and the coffee was as delicious as ever. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of tempting options, and the breakfast server was calm, efficient, and always had a smile. The front desk staff and concierge were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I had mistakenly booked for the day before my arrival, and my booking was non-refundable through Expedia. However, they stepped in to prevent a no-show cancellation and ensured my room was perfectly ready upon arrival. The hotel’s location is prime, within walking distance of everything, and the decor throughout is stunning. They offer a great mix of room sizes, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the bathrooms are bright and spacious. My family and I will definitely be returning!

Not a 5 star hotel. If you have a high standard for luxury 5 star hotel, this place will disappoint you to the core. Hotel staff lacks finesse and professionalism, no consistency in service, terrible housekeeping that will pretend to clean the room and leave you with a dirty room instead. I would think twice before booking this hotel, you have SO MANY options in Paris to choose from to receive proper, high quality hospitality. Don’t fall for their false advertisement of misrepresenting themselves as “5 star hotel”. Their standard is non existent, nothing is up to par to 5 star hotel experience. Very disappointing stay, what a waste of $$$.
