I chose this hotel for its location and great reviews, and I had a wonderful week-long stay. Many attractions were within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The train station was just a 7-minute walk away, and the Promenade des Anglais was about 12 minutes on foot. The staff was very welcoming, especially Diame and Noreen. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay here; we were very pleased with our stay. Lovely boutique hotel in a great location, around 15 mins walk from the promenade and 5-10 mins to the tram stop. The gentleman on reception was always polite, friendly and helped us out with an adaptor when we realised we hadn't packed any! Rooms were small but spotless and cleaned daily. Our only critique is the rooms do get very warm, being end of March the air con wasn't in use and with just a door to the balcony (no windows) it was too noisy to leave open at night. Overall though it was a great stay for the price we paid! Thank you!

This was one of our favorite hotels so far. The location was convenient to the train station and a short walk to different parts of Nice. The hotel staff were excellent from the breakfast crew (Noreen and Isa) to the folks at the reception (Diane, David, Nicola, Tibor, Claudia, and Charles). We couldn’t have asked for a better staff. They were always helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and had everything we needed. It matched the description and photos. We had adjoining rooms, which worked out well for our family of 4. I would recommend this for your visit to Nice.

We stayed here for 3 nights in November.
The room was a little small, but lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable.
What made the stay most noteworthy was the friendliness of everyone in the hotel, nothing was too much trouble and the friendliness seemed genuine from everyone.
The hotel is close to the railway station and easily walkable to the Promenade Des Anglais.
Overall, our stay at the hotel was excellent.

Delighted with this small, charming, boutique hotel in Nice. Stunning art deco design, small but very comfortable rooms and the highlight: every staff member we met was charming, we received the warmest of welcomes and had a lovely chat with the man who checked us out, offering us a free croissant and juice from the buffet(we didn't buy breakfast as we wanted to sleep in!). The hotel is in a smart area that feels safe, a little walk from the old town and port area but we didn't mind that walk at all, and we also enjoyed the bars at Place Magenta which was a bit nearer. The hotel is a short walk in one direction to the beach and in the other direction less than 10 mins to the station where you can be in Cannes, Menton, Antibes and Monte Carlo in no time. What a beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Highly recommended and thank you!

Very small rooms. I booked a room with one quuen and one single. Once I opened two lugages, there was zero space to walk. The toilet was smaller than in an airplane. The window was to a small gang. The airconditioning barely keeping up with the room temperature. The breakfast was poor. Overpriced . This is a 2 maximum 3 star hotel. Buying from Expedia, you get the worse rooms posible.
