Hello,
First SHUT OUT TO Mariama and Lamine at the front desk-Great Customer Services always very helpful and with a Smile.
Also, Amellia( i think I spelled it right-- (LOL) at the excursion desk, She help me with directions and provide me with the METRO MAP.
PROS
1. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL TIME!!
2 Close to Eiffel Tower 10mins walk and to METRO #6
3. They Have A BAR which was nice and Abt 3 restaurants
4. Shopping strip right around the corner, with Restaurants, Shops and can buy anything you need.
CONS
1. NO LAUNDRY ROOM-- just dry-cleaning service
2. Didn't have a Massage salon at the hotel.
IT WAS A AMAZING STAY THANKS FOR MAKING MY 50TH BDAY AMAZING!!
WILL BE BACK SOON!

Great hotel. The location was fantastic - about a 10min walk (with kids) from the Eiffel Tower. Close to restaurants and a MonoPrix. Loved their water bar with free still and sparkling water. The breakfast was also great with something for everyone. The rooms are a bit tired but nothing major and they are comfortably appointed. Only mini complaint I would have is the EXTREMELY rude man at the omelet bar. He got the orders of multiple people wrong and was accusatory and obnoxious as if we made him get it wrong. Happened on three out of four days we were there.

The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower, only 10 minutes walk. Recommended! Will definitely stay here again. The room is ok, the hotel atmosphere is ok, right next to it is a shopping mall

Hotel staff is friendly. There is a place to store luggage, so if you don't have a room you can leave it. The room is clean and enough for two. Close to Javel station and a little far to Hakiem beer station. From the front of the hotel you can take photos with a view of the Eiffel.

The hotel and facilities is very good. The rooms are spacious and the location is prime. There is a bridge from the hotel to the galleries lafayette next door so its very easy to find food and restaurants. For service I say the staff are very busy because there ua a lot of tours staying there.

Quite close to Eiffel and Bir Hakeim Metro station where you can go anywhere. The Hotel has huge lobby and souvenir shop and lots of smoking outside the Lobby. Unfortunately, I cannot see Eiffel tower from the window of my room, was blocked by the high rise building next to hotel.

The room is clean, strategic place. Close to the Hakeim beer metro station about 10 minutes on foot. Get cool eifel photo spots. only the bathroom is narrow. overall is cool.

Location is great with a walking distance to Eiffel Tower/subway and many restaurants nearby. However the lift is very slow and overly crowded in morning time. We waited half an hour just to take the lift down to lobby. The breakfast restaurant is overly crowded too that we need to take some queue to enter. Overall it is a good place to stay.
