Novotel Suites Nice Airport

Great hotel for families. Close to the airport, and close enough to Parc Phoenix that you can hear the Peacocks. On the down side, the hotel does not provide basic kitchen staples such as plates, glasses and utensils.

The staff were amazing, the room was exactly as the pictures depict, clean and beautiful. Great experience overall!

Excellent location!! The hotel is located 10 minute tram ride from the airport and 15 minutes away from centre of Nice. National Rail SNCF is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. (Nice St Augustin station) which you can teavel to Monte Carlo or towards Cannes The hotel offered excellent service from checking to breakfast, followed by a nice relaxed atmosphere after a long day out. Plus point for having a day bed for my child and not a sofa bed. I will be staying there again.

Convenient hotel perfect for airport and tram into city centre. Short walk from train to Monaco. Really happy with room and friendliness of staff. Ideal for our short stay watching football. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the room, the included breakfast, everything. Will recommend and probably go back.

Tram was almost at the door to downtown and only €2 each. Rooms are the largest and clean compared to we stayed others in France. Worth the price

Negatives: expedia gives the hotel 4 stars. The breakfast was not upto what we would consider 4stars. Limited selection and quality of hot food was poor. So much that 1 day they served burnt food with all bacon burnt to a black crisp. Thinking this was fine to serve told what they think of customers. Location is bad and good. Nothing around it at all. Have to get tram to go in town each time. Takes about 20mins each way and if with family, this cost piles up very easily. Our rooms had sink fridge and microwave but no utentils or cutlery at all. Do they seriously expect people to bring their own. No milk pods for tea. Positives: the rooms are bigger than usual hotel rooms. Beds are large and has a day bed too. Separate toilet and shower room is a great plus, unusual in hotels, good idea. Has bath and shower. Foldable dinig table great idea. Likely not get many hotels in Nice with this room size. Location is good to get to airport. Easy 15min walk to Terminal 1. Swimming pool was nice, small but wasnt too busy. They have deal with parking lot provider next door to hotel so thats good. Was 16EU per day. Overall its a nice hotel, but not 4 star in my opinion. It has a pool and big rooms but let down by dining options and breakfast. We were told by 1 staff there was no food option in evening then told by another there is pizza they can make so wasnt sure what to believe. Hotel is good to be used as a base.

Good location close to the water, restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast was fantastic.

A good property to stay at when you need a night in Nice and have an early departing flight the next morning. Our bathroom shower in our room has a design fault. The water travels all over the bathroom as the shower is at the same floor level as the entire bathroom space. There is no enclosed shower or tiled hob to keep the water from your shower in the shower area to drain. If you are not careful you could flood your entire room.

Very convenient location to get to Place Massena and Old Town. The room was nice although toilet and shower were separate and the toilet chamber was tiny. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. While I didn’t opt in for breakfast everyday, the day I did was lovely. Lots of options and it was nice to eat on their veranda near the pool. There isn’t room service so you do have to travel a few tram stations to get food or eat while out and about. I used Uber Eats while I was staying there and that was convenient. Housekeeping came every day which I loved. They are so thorough and I felt very taken care or. Will def stay here again when back in Nice.

The location is excellent. The tram to get to the airport is around the bldg and follow the track. The travel is FREE to the airport. Aside from that, the room is comfortable and the hotel has a small gym. Front desk is very professional.

We booked the superior suite, which is just a standard sized apartment room imo. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Bed was comfortable and there’s a drape which you can use to separate the “bedroom” from the “living room”. Shower was nice and had rituals shower and hand products. Area was nice as there is a tram 5 min walk from the hotel. It’s also close to the airport only need one tram.
