Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Any other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. The mandatory damage deposit varies with room type booked. The deposit is EUR 1,000 for 1-2 bedroom apartment bookings; EUR 1,500 for 3-bedroom apartment bookings; and EUR 2,000 for 4-bedroom apartment bookings.
