Older building refurbed into a great space - if you're visiting for a game at the stadium, it's perfect. My only tip is to order your own taxi or Uber - I had the front desk order me a taxi for the airport and he charged me 45 euros which is nuts.

Alexandre and all the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast had many options and pool area was delightful. Very easy to come and go from the airport by tram. Will look forward to my next stay.

Modern, clean, nice hotel. Great staff and service. Excellent choice in Nice if you are traveling by car or do not mind using public transportation to get to train stations or the coastline. A large parking lot behind the hotel, tram stop is 3 minutes away.

We enjoyed our two nice stay in nice. The breakfast was good but unfortunately their restaurant is not open Friday, Saturday and Sundays (we stayed Fri and Sat!) There is a tram service just 5mins walk away and you have to change once to take you to the Promenade.

The room smelled like sewerage. I couldn’t sleep. Told the staff and they admitted that some of the rooms have a smell coming from the toilet. They tried to fix it by spraying the toilet.

We stayed the night after a game at the stadium and it was so convenient and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue we encountered was that the curtains were very light and so if you are a light sleeper like me you will wake with the sun or need a sleeping mask.

The staff were nice, some went above and beyond to help. The room was nice and big. Cleaned daily. However the tub wasn’t cleaned on one of the days. The table on the balcony very dirty with drinks sticking stains. The TV wasnt working with only one English Channel (CGNT) no CNN/CBS as listed on the the list. Some of the bulbs not working. Overall not bad as it’s a quiet area with good transport system.

Nice hotel and the staff there are wonderful. Hotel is close to the tromway and the airport. It is not very close to the city center so if you’re looking to stay close to the center I would not recommend.

this hotel was advertised as 4 star and in my opinion ,struggled to make 3 star .Rooms were small and tired looking .The best part was location with airport and the pool itself .i chose because of the pool ,and nothing else .Staff were pretty friendly but again i was amazed there was no barman in hotel bar and pool bar .i had to go to reception to ask for service and still wait around ..This is not what you should expect from a 4 star and having stayed in many 4 star hotels around the world ,this was probably the worst especially when considering how much i was charged .I rarely leave reviews and normally only say nice things.

The reception staff were friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was superb. The pool was a bonus too! It’s out of Nice centre but you can catch the train direct from St Isidore to Nice central station for less than 2euros one way, pp. When the tram stop is finished it will be even easier.

This hotel is NOT 4 star,
It is hardly a 2 star hotel, dirty room, rude owner and staff, they do not provide any room service and you need to get all the basics by yourself. Quite terrible in every way possible.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The hotel is ok.. it’s clean and it’s easy if you need to spend a night or so. We arrived late at Nice airport and rented a car.. we had to choose a hotel that was near the ariport and has a parking. The parking is free of charge and you park by yourself. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was ok.. not the best, but descent.
