Good hotel

excellent location, infront of Charlottenburg train station. abundance of eating places around. Internet is a bit slow... elevators do not go on all floors, travelling light is something to look at.

The personal that was in the reception was very nice and kind, the Hotel is good.

My stay was okay except the hot shower didnt work twice, when asked they informed about some maintenance (prior information is always good) , internet is HORRIBLE. they did give ne a resolution to change the room but by that time i was all set with my 3- suitcases. During checking in i dont know why I was given a room which was the furthest and mind you they have a funny life that does not stops at all floors, so i still had to hand carry them … positive point is its right infront of the S- bahn (charlottenburg station) , also the hotel mentions laundry services - i was lucky to have a room with a machine , But i was looking for a proper laundry service which was not there. NO TOILETTERIES except tissue and handwash.

This is an old fashioned hotel, but with rooms that were just what a wanted. Affordable, cozy, and clean. It is right across the street from the S Bahn station, so it's very easy to get to. My only complaint is that I knew I would have heavy luggage, so I made sure to choose a hotel with an elevator. But the elevator stops at intermediate levels, so you still have to go up or down a half flight of stairs to get to your room.

well located near U and station, perfect to go to Olympiastadion for a concert, very clean bedding, food choices and amounts for breakfast could be improved, friendly staff

Whilst out of the hotel they gave my room to someone else. They gave me another room, took my things there (nothing missing), but didn't bother trying to contact me. So when i got back to the hotel i had quite the surprise. The mattress in the new room must be years old, it dips in the middle. I'm not sure what pillow they use, but it offers no support. Overall, an awful experience

Great location, across from the S-Bahn station and access to Taxis. It's about 15 minutes from Tiegel. The staff is friendly and for the price, I had a nice room. However, the cleanliness factor in my room wasn't top-notch. There were dust and toilet paper under my bed, it didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a few months. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my stay.

You get exactly what you pay for -- good price-to-quality ratio with a convenient location, but no frills in the room. Bathroom was larger than I expected, which was a nice surprise.

Good location if you’re staying west, well connected to the Center as it’s opposite Charlottenburg station. The rooms are quite simple and the amenities are somewhat lacking, but it was a great stay!

It is an older building and we had some problems with hot water, but it was rectified relatively promptly. Due to its placement, the elevator alway requires the guests to walk 1/2 flights of stairs. The location is great. Quick walk to the transportation, restaurants, great city shopping mall and Opera. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Bedding is always fresh and crisp. Bathroom amenities are ample.

Good location and nice hotel.

Staffs were super polite and breakfast was delicious. Just the building wall is kind of thin that talking from other rooms and noises are heard easily. Otherwise location is very good, very near to train station and near to TK maxx.

Check in and out was fast. They provided a large bottle of water every day, complementary. The staff speaks English.

It was a nice convenient hotel, but I'd rather pay a little more money to have a much nicer hotel.

Easy access to and from Tegal airport. Very close to major railway station and bus routes making movement very easy. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, nearby to suit all tastes. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Hotel has everything one needs and some plus some really good prints all through the hotel.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the 'City Cube' convention center in Western Berlin. Once I became familiar with the metro system I saw I could get from the hotel to the convention center in just 6 minutes. The hotel is located in a very nice, quite, picturesque and familial neighborhood (Charlottenburg) full of restaurants which offer local and international food at reasonable prices. The hotel has friendly staff which assists the traveler even if he/she is not fluent in German. Breakfast (buffet type) was tasteful and varied and the morning staff at the dining room was very friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were always clean. Perhaps the only factor that could be improved would be the quality of the Wi-Fi system since communication through social networks was intermittently interrupted. Otherwise, it is a pleasant place to stay. Since it was early October, there was no need to adjust the thermostat. The close proximity to the metro system, across the street, gave me the chance to commute to downtown Berlin and other nice places of the city including the Zoo area and the great park (Tiergarten) that leads to Brandenburg gate. Overall, it is a good hotel with close proximity to the Tegel airport and I believe I would return to it should the opportunity to return to Berlin knocks again. My personal score (from 1 to 5 points, being 5 the best score) would be 4.5.
